My favorite pizza spot in the area! Mom and pop shop, it's a real hole in the wall. The interior is old school. The man behind the counter is and older man who is curt and friendly and no frills, that's how you know it's good. The price is good, and especially worth it for the quality. The rocky special is my go to order. It's cheesy, meaty perfection. It's a well made pizza with a good crunchy and soft crust. They have AMAZING calzones too. I usually do to go and bring it to a get together. The sausages they use there is amazing. They use fresh ingredients and organic mushrooms. I love supporting local and hope they continue to be able to put out pizzas for many more years. Check them out!

The calzone is delicious. The small size is enough to feel a real hungry individual. I never seen it packed with people inside.

I love this place. It was suggested by my college friend. The owner is a very charming Turk who gives great service. The pizza is always soft and very delicious. This place still has the original Pac-Man arcade video game though it was out of order on the day of my visit.

Couldn't wait to dig into this pizza. Driven by this place multiple times on Arrow Highway and I'm always up for some pizza. My wife was craving pizza and rather than the usual chain pizza places that start with and D, LC or PH, we went with Rocky's. Locally owned and the owner was working on his own this afternoon. I called in an order ahead of time because no one needs to have a hangry spouse or kids. My son devoured a slice, never seen him do that before he loved the cheese on the pizza. It was so good it had a nice crispy crust. Everything tasted fresh and he has a way of making sure it's cooked correctly. Literally saw him check on it twice before taking it out of the oven. Definitely going back and can't wait to try more toppings on the next pizza we order!

Just picked up this pizza from Rocky's. I think the ingredients may be old. The cheese is greedy and there's probably the worst pizza I've ever had.

Pastaphony bills itself as "Where pasta gets a personality."…read more Judging from the fiery heat that blasted outtve my plentiful order of Pasta Arrabbiata, I'd venture that my particular entree's personality was, indeed, zesty and irascible...to the point of inedible. On this particular weeknight, your favorite Yelp correspondent was pivoting in and out of Glendora's Food Hall like a metronome, ferrying a quartet of meals from the hall for my wee Uber gig. Pastaphony caught my attention within moments of nesting my customer's order into my insulated carrier- my SUV's cabin was redolent of cheese, tomatoes and overall hone-cooked goodness! I went with Pasta Arrabbiata, then customized my order by adding a breaded chicken breast, black olives, onions, roasted peppers and shaved parmesan. On the plus side, Pastaphony gives ample portions- My entree weighed almost as much as a two-item combo platter from your friendly neighborhood Chinese takeout place! And, while the dish took me to Flavortown...unfortunately it was the Mojave Desert, with its scorching flavor profile and intense, spicy taste. The star of the dish was the breaded chicken cutlet and the shaved parm, but since the penne pasta overwhelmed the chicken/parm by an eight to one ratio...this was a difficult dish to finish. Context- As the acknowledged "lightweight" in a family of folks who typically relish spicy food, I asked my wife to sample my dish. She was born in Michoacacan and regularly quaffs homegrown Serrano and Habanero peppers like they're ice. Even she was surprised by how utterly spicy my pasta dish was! My entree cost $26.39 after taxes, a wee steep for a single protein pasta dish. By comparison, you can spend $1 more at any Johnny Carinos or Olive Garden and get a three-item combo with bread and/or salad accompaniments. So I wasn't satisfied by the "value for money" question, either. This experienced reviewer probably ordered the WDD (Wrong Damn Dish) but at their prices (a side of garlic bread or breadsticks is $10.99!) one os hesitant to retake the plunge.

Within an hour I wasn't feeling well and that was incident #1. Tonight was my mother in laws birthday. We ordered to-go again. I specifically stated I have celiac disease. I've enjoyed seeing diners enjoying some delicious looking meals countless times so we finally made it a point stop in. Chad , our server was very personable and attentive. He gave some very constructive opinions on the wines and food options. I opted for the chicken parmagiana which was an excellent choice . This is a welcoming breath of fresh air when a lot of brunch spots have hours long waitlists or need to book reservations weeks in advance. This brunch spot features large portions at good prices, though now it is okay prices given they surcharge extra 40 cents per egg so each dish will cost $1-2 more so it can add up. We got the breakfast burrito, pork belly sandwich, pork belly hash, and steak and potato. The breakfast burrito is pretty large and hearty, with a good amount of eggs and potatoes. The pork belly sandwich has lots of sauce but the pork belly is still fairly crispy and hearty. The salad on the side was okay. The pork belly hash features crispy pork belly with a boat load of potatoes, along with spinach, caramelized onions, and roasted bell peppers. There was probably 8 pieces of pork belly so it is okay portions compared to a very hefty amount of potatoes. I love the flavor of the pork belly and how nice they made the egg over easy. The steak and potato was okay. Steak was overcooked though it was still tender. Yet again there was a hefty amount of potatoes. We also got nutella bomboloni which is a fried donut. They do it differently as the nutella is placed on top. The bombolonis I am familiar with have stuffing inside and optionally sugar outside. This was a bit sweet but it was fairly low commitment as it was $3.50. Service is decent as they check up on you a few times. I wished they gave less ice for water as the water refills were iced water too, so each refill you get less and less of actual water as ice accumulates in the cup. Food-wise, if you like the greasy spoon type of brunch spots here, then you will like it. I am more a quality over quantity person, so this was just okay of an experience for me. They just stuff lots of breakfast potatoes to make the dish filling, but in itself you are not getting that much more value than any other sit-down restaurants.

Here's why: Friday @ 12:45p, I called to place a catering order to be delivered tomorrow (Saturday) @ 5:15pm - over $200 in food. Everything was confirmed to be good-to-go. Saturday @ 5:30p as I was finishing the prep for 50 people arriving to our house (25 of them kids), I realized the food hadn't arrived so I called for the ETA. The girl was baffled at the inquiry - there was no such order - she then discovered it had been wrongly inputted as an order for Sunday! She immediately put me on hold to transfer me to the woman who incorrectly inputted my order w/o relaying any of the info to her. So when the woman got on the phone, I had to repeat the info, wait for her to understand & connect the dots, and discuss a solution. All I got was an offer to check with the kitchen and, if they weren't too busy, get the order made. She never apologized, but did agree to "rush" the order. Food arrived an hour later (after our guests arrived). No discount on the receipt, no apology - they did include a container of about a dozen mini-cookies - gee, thanks. not even enough for 1/2 our guests. And, to add insult to injury, some of the ham sandwiches had hard cartilage/ham bone (not sure) in them. Chew carefully I guess. Maybe the ownership changed b/c this is not what I expected from PPP .. how disappointing.
