I don't understand why people such haters. Love rolling into the buffet when I have a day off, 16 bucks for salad, breadsticks and different pizzas. I've gone in slightly before buffet closing hours, but they did not refuse service and kept the pizzas rolling. They have always been friendly, and provided great customer service. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and they still maintain the friendly customer service that I have not seen at other locations since the 90's. The owner really cares and values his customers, and it is reflected in the staff. It's a great night out with the family if you dine-in; they have games for the kids to play and it's a very cozy retro feel. The lunch buffet is only $16 with a drink! What a deal for unlimited pizza, cinnamon rolls, salad and drink! I ate too much of course because it was so delicious. Pizzas constantly came out as soon as one was half empty. And if you don't see your flavor there, ask if they can make it. If it's not a specialty pizza they will. Totally recommend the Lunch Buffet. Gotta say this was a complete let down. Paid $15 each n the pizza was limited plus it tasted like cardboard. Only good thing was the cheese n pepperoni topping. Very upsetting for us all. Asked for our money back n they complied in full. There was only 4 pizzas to choose from n each was sickening. I just can not believe this. Through the app, I got a medium Gourmet Veggie, with light garlic sauce, for a milder flavor, 6 garlic twists, $5.00 delivery, plus tip, a bit over $50.00. The pizza didn't resemble what I've gotten before. It was pretty much an onion pizza. When I took handfuls of green onions off, there were large chunks of white onions, and a LOT of red onion. Under the onion, the entire pizza was heavily coated in a dark reddish seasoning, that was strong and bitter. I tried removing handfuls of onions and scraping off seasoning, and wasn't quite cooked enough. It just wasn't edible. Good bye $50. The app said delivery would be contact free and I put contact free as well, as I felt sick but needed food. The driver texted and said she was at my door and ticket said hand to customer AND contact free. I said contact free, and to leave it by door. I waited a minute for her to leave it, and then opened door, no pizza. She came unmasked to hand it to me. Later this evening, though vaxxed I tested positive for Covid. I'm ticked, RT put incorrect info, that the driver lied about being at the door and leaving it, putting herself at risk, and that at $50. the pizza wasn't as pictured or edible. read more

This place use to be so good. Every time it's under a new management, the quality of food and service gets worse. We ordered garlic cheesy twist and it is so dry. Seems like the just get old ones and heat it up. It was like this, the last time also. They are always skimpy on the sauce too, we asked for more sauce and the response is "isn't it enough?" I haven't been to RTP for a while. I ordered their xl specialty pizza with a medium 1 topping pizza special and for the price of the pizza, you can get better tasting pizza somewhere else for less. The king supreme pizza I ordered was made sloppy and the medium 1 topping (selected pepperoni) was oozing with cheese and it was greasy. I go to this location frequently and I was disappointed with the pizza I received yesterday. The last few times I came here, they did a good job, but it seems that it's either a hit or miss. The pizza I received yesterday was cooked well but there just wasn't enough toppings on the pizza. I noticed a trend where less toppings are put on the pizza over time as I've been coming here. When I'm paying around $35 for a pizza, I really hope to get my money's worth. It seems that it is only this specific location that has this specific issue so maybe it's a training issue with the employees. The other round table pizzas do not skimp on the toppings and really make the pizza look as it's shown in the advertisements. If you look at my other reviews of other round table pizza locations, you can see pictures of how the pizza should be. I really hope the manager reads this review and addresses this issue. It seems like a cycle where a negative review is left and this location does a better job but then regresses back to the same habits. read more

Called in pizzas: 1 gluten free, 1 large olive and a salad. The gluten free pizza was thick and tasted strange..it had to be the type(s) of flour/ingredients used to make the pie...a cauliflower crust would have been better, but they don't offer that. The regular pizza was good, kids loved it. The salad was ok, nothing special...I asked for cheese on the salad, and they put parmesan, guess that is my mistake for assuming that the cheese they would use was mozzarella, lol. I don't think I would go back, but the service was great. The employee was kind and efficient. The restaurant was Covid-19 compliant and clean. Every table in the lobby needed to be bussed, the bathroom was gross so gross in fact that I only went in to wash my hands and felt like they got dirtier somehow. The soda machine was nasty, there was trash all over the floor and the salad bar was a wreck. What blew my mind was how much they charge for their barely better than little caesars pizza. Went in for dinner on Friday night around 6pm. Ordered a pizza to go, salad bar, personal pizza with no sauce for my son & a hanger beer (which was over foamy when poured and flat by the time I got it). It's overpriced but we go because my son likes the tiny arcade & it's close by. It was more crowded than normal on this trip so there wasn't much room to get around in the small arcade. The toys are VERY cheap but my son doesn't know the difference. Pizza isn't that great & when I went to the salad bar, there was no lettuce and some of the veggies looked old. read more
