This location is under new management, and has went downhill since past visits to the location. My family went for the lunch buffet. The quality of the food was poor... Salad Bar - Wilted spinach, stale, almost bitter cucumbers, and tasteless, old Jello based desert. The garden salad itself was good, along with the bacon bits, raisins, and dressings (although these items tend to last longer on average) Pizza - Nearly empty with old pizza when arrived, without the warming lights being on the pizza station (not appealing). The fresh pizza brought out soon got cold, and had the taste and consistency of frozen pizza. The twists were overcooked and hard, and has to be asked for. The classic cinnamon twists were also absent until again asked for. Cleanliness - Dirty booths that were broken down (sinking feeling). Food area was cleaner, but not perfect. Overall I felt that we wasted our money for lunch here and we will not be returning in the future. read more

FOOD POISONING? Ever since they blocked off the kitchen so you can't see the cooks anymore this place consistently gives everyone I know the runs if they eat here. This was my first time trying out the lunch buffet, it was a Saturday so I expected a huge turnout for it. It starts at 11am and I arrived at 11:30 and was the 2nd family there. The salad bar was setup but the pizza wasn't ready yet. No biggie I tried out the salad bar which was really good! I ordered some wings and by the time I was done with my salad plate the wings were brought out. The pizza had just been placed into the buffet section as well. The pizza was super tasty, there were about 5 different ones with various toppings to choose from. The garlic cheese bread was good also. Later on I noticed they brought out some cinnamon sticks with icing. We love their pizza. We just moved to Jurupa Valley from Long Beach in August. However we are glad to have another Round Table near by. We used to have dinner every other week at the Round Table by the Lakewood Mall. Coming out here, feeling "way out here" we are happy to have a Round Table right around the corner less than mile away. The salad bar is always filled and fresh and I simply can't get enough of their pepperoni pizza. Being used to sit among a crowd of folks, I enjoy Jurupa Valley/Riverside. It got its town feel to it, which makes this Round Table even better. They take their time with you, always friendly and the food is always hitting the spot. And ever since they changed owners their garlic twist hasn't been the same it's been a hit and a miss it usually comes out super dry to the point where We didn't even want to order here anymore. And recently I put a request to make it extra garlicky and cheesy and they made it so good just how it used to be back then with the old owner. This is the best pizza around. It's nice that they can look up past orders so we can always get our perfect pizza. We have the order delivered and it's always hot from the oven, the salad is crisp and fresh with our favorite ingredients. I would never order pizza from any other restaurant. They said we are busy its going to take 45 minutes to an hour which is fine thanks for the heads up.It took a little over 2 hours to get here and when it did it was stuck to the lid, totally soggy, it tasted stale. I ordered delivery the other night. My pepperoni pizza showed up hot and fresh along with my mild wings and 3 cinnamon twists. I was quoted 45min for the delivery and it got to my house in less than 35min. The delivery girl was very friendly and came to my door and didn't expect me to meet her by the car. (I usually walk out to my porch so my dogs won't freak out when someone knocks) the pizza was delicious as were the wings. And the cinnamon twists were amazing. Brought some guys from work here to try out the lunch buffet. It was rather quiet inside. Also to my surprise the place has gotten a little remodel work done to it. I had some salad with my food and I must say the salad was delicious!! My friends also agreed, and added the comment that it was better than other local pizza shops. Their opinion was that everything tasted very fresh. The pizza was also delicious. They could have brought them out a little faster but we still enjoyed our lunch. They only had 1 actual game and it was broken, then the other claw games they had kept breaking and claws would get stuck closed or it would just take kids money. I have no choice but to update this 1 star review to reflect how serious the General Manager takes her job (5 Stars - 1 Star due to the issue happening) This would be 5 Stars however, I have to be fair and still knock 2 off due to the issue happening in the first place. Now the reason for the update: Lupe reached out to me due to the incident and was exuding compassion from the very beginning! She allowed me to share what happened without interrupting, she was exceptionally calm and patient & she wouldn't allow me to exit her establishment until the situation was resolved. She continued to ask me what I wanted due to what happened however, I'm not the type that ever asks for free anything, as that's not the purpose of my complaint. She offered to refund me cash however, I wouldn't accept a refund as there was an exchange of goods and services. Although unsatisfactory it still didn't feel right to take money. Therefore, Lupe still didn't feel right and it was very prevalent in her demeanor that she really didn't want to lose a customer regardless of how many times they visit her store. Lupe wanted nothing but to remake my meal herself in the kitchen from start to finish however, that wasn't necessary. She then offered to have another store make my meal over plus anything else I wanted, I declined. She very much expressed that she wants to make sure something like this never happens again and wanted to meet in person at her store I accepted. In meeting with Lupe although for this incident you can see the genuineness in her compassion. She makes it extremely difficult to remain upset in her presence. She wanted to hear me out and also offer a refund. I told her I don't feel right taking the money or receiving credit on my card. As a refund shouldn't happen as the food was taken anyways. She stated that she appreciated my understanding of costs and all but still wanted to do something to make it right. Lupe and I came to an agreement that she proposed that had nothing to do with a refund of cash or credit on my card and I feel that based on what we agreed on was more than fair. She exceeded my expectations in all areas. As I close this review, I'm happy to say that Lupe is the reason I will be purchasing many more pies from her specific location as I'm very close to it. It's going to take me a month or two however, she truly cares about everyone that eats at this location. So order here because it's hard to find places that have leadership running stores who really care about PEOPLE! Lupe and from what I saw this morning her staff care a lot! I order from this location all the time but today's experience was horrible. I ordered online and the estimated delivery time was 1:50. I didn't receive my pizza till 2:22. When he pulled the pizza out of the bag, the box looked old and used. It had grease all over it. I paid the delivery boy the money owed and he left the location. I used to love their pizza!! It used to be done nice and full of cheese and fresh pepperoni. When I ordered a few days ago, I did it for carry out, they were not busy what so ever. We ordered at 8pm and we were told it would take 45mins for the delivery, but it arrived in 35 minutes. They also found our home which no one ever does since were in a new development area. For $19.99 you get a large pizza with 6 parmesan twists and a pitcher of soda which isn't too bad since it will feed 3-4 people. Although the pizza is good, it's not what keeps me coming back. The service here is always fantastic. The owner is often in the restaurant helping make pizzas and making sure everything tastes right. I had delivery from here today. I am big on my pizza being exactly how I like it.. but this was pretty close. Thin, chewy crust... barely any sauce... cheese that's perfectly browned and greasy.... the only thing I'd say is that the large isn't very large and I think is kind of $$... and they were kinda careless with their toppings.. like I like cheese and only cheese... but there was some olive and mushroom and onion randomly cooked into some of my pieces like it was tossed.
