This is the best Wingstop I have ever been to!!!! I'm a dasher and I've gotten orders there many times and I always get them by the promise time or earlier . They make sure everything is on point and the food always comes out hot. My customers have Never complained about their orders being wrong or their food being cold. their cashiers have the best customer service, so polite and helpful. Making sure all items are in the bag. I have to say this is the best Wingstop in Riverside hands down. I don't have a single complaint. It's always very clean, my food always comes out on time and my food is always hot. All of the staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. You can tell that they are focused on customer service and satisfaction. We called the order in and the service over the phone was great. Wing sauce was excellent and wings were crispy and cooked how I like them. We had the Classic Mango Habanero wings; they were hot, but tolerable. They also have the option for bone in or bone out wings and plenty of flavors to choose from. When we called to ask for a refund and offered to even bring the uneaten cold wings back they said "the only thing we can do is give you the seasoning on the side" the wings are literally already cold and its not what we paid for. The service was good they had welcomed me and were constantly checking in on me.
