First off, they didn't give us our drinks when we ordered. (They did everyone else as they ordered.) I had to go up and remind them of pur drinks. It was dine in and we waited. After 45 minutes I asked where our pizza was. They had lost the order and never made it. A medium pepperoni pizza. They said they'd make it quickly. First they tried to just make it a large but I told them no. I asked for even a partial refund because they hadn't even apologized at that point. They brought out a coupon for a free medium pizza at our next visit. I told them forget it because we are never coming back. Will never return and we have been customers here for years. The pizza was great, the parmesan twists were extra cheesy and the place was very clean. However what makes this Round Table exceptional was the solicitous staff, who were friendly during the order-taking process and checked on us no less than five times during our meal. The worst Round Table pizza that I have ever been in. Walked in to a smell of rodents and employees that hadn't combed their hair and were wearing shirts that were three sizes too big and dirty. I ordered a salad BEFORE I actually looked at the stuff in the salad bar. Everything looks old, wilted and yucky. I got my plate and looked for a place to sit, only to be greeted by numerous dirty tables every way I turned! Aside from the lack of wifi, which is available in every other Round Table Pizza establishment, the constant, excessively loud banter from the kitchen was ridiculous! Additionally, the entire "decor" (for lack of a better term) is extremely worn and out of date, and a bit dirty. The franchise NEEDS to step in on this one.... Oh My !!! What happened to the good ol Round Table Pizza? This was by far the worst visit we have ever had at one of their sites. Had a medium pepperoni, was horrible crust,burnt and soggy, an order of hot wings that was cold and felt as they had been sitting around awhile. Will never return to another again. The salad bar was stocked and fresh thank god,and the soda was awesome. The service was awful as well with no greeting by the young tattooed man behind the counter acting as he had somewhere better to be. Food is great, service is incredibly poor... I ordered a pizza over the phone, they gave it to the wrong customer, and then tried to play it off like it was never ordered. Unfortunately for them, the other person who got the pizza was a colleague of mine, and I called him on his cell phone to let him know that he was given a line of baloney when they said he never ordered his pizza, either. From there, it just got worse, as the staff took over 40 minutes to provide the additional orders that we made, and tried to play it off once again. It got to the point where we just took a refund, which Ross tried to dispute, and went home having the wrong pizza, not getting our whole order, and having the older staff tell us "5-10 more minutes" twice, for the right pizza that never came, and side orders that never came. I've eaten good pizzas from here before, but there is something amiss with the night management. There are a few older employees who really should be supervising the younger crew, but it seems like the younger ones have a handle on it. The next time we showed up, we had reserved the party room for a birthday and end of volleyball season event, and let the younger staff know I was there for the reservation, and ordered a drink. as I sat there waiting for the rest of my party, I left my jacket in the party room with the TV remOte I was given when I checked in, and walked out to greet a few others coming before the main party. As we spokevatcrhebbarvwgilevtjry ordered their drinks, one of the older staff, Mary as I recall, proceeded to lead a party into the room, taking down the reserved placard, and giving them permission to seat themselves in the room. I had to confront the party and Mary, along with bringing over one of the younger staff who had served and checked on me earlier to back up my claim that we had been there on-time. We were to be joined by around 15 others from the volleyball championships, but it ran late. No real situational awareness by what seems to be the older, less involved with quality service part of the business. They also had to be called on multiple pitchers of soft drinks we ordered and were never delivered. I'd take a pizza from here, as they are fresh ingredients and not skimpy, but make sure it is what you ordered, and know that if dine-in, check your receipt and be prepared for mistakes. read more

I love their salad bar as they go through it a lot adding fresh ingredients plus they have garlic pizza crust bread that is part of the meal and sunflowers seeds. The dressings are good, too. The pizza is always freshly made and super quick for eating there or take out. They also have a room that you can use for meetings or clubs. The kids seem to like the quiet video game room. There are TVs but they are on quiet mode to keep up with scores but not bother sports haters. LOL...The beer is on tap and very cold but they also have great soda or ice tea or milk. I love the booth style seating as pizza parlors tend to be noisy but this one is not. read more

This will always have a soft place in my heart. I've grown up eating roundtable. I occasionally still snag some. The arcade is decent, depending on what they have at the time, and rarely any of it is broken, unlike other pizza places around. They are good about maintenance apparently. The service is almost always good, but the service people are constantly changing, which is normal for a large chain. The flavor is always the best, i haven't had them mess up any of my orders. Pizzas always cooked right. Sauce is amazing, cheese is amazing. Greasy, as I love my pizza. We love round table!!! We all grew up with round table in our neighborhoods. Every one of them have amazing pizza. This one however is a franchise and when i came in to use my promo code, i had to argue with the manager that the text message didn't say anything about this branch being exempted; apparently they are a franchise and te DON't honor promo codes. Be warned. But other than that, i will still give Round Table and the manager who worked with making sure I am one satisfied customer 4 stars. Yes. I've been here several time and never been impressed...I know, it's round table but somethings are unacceptable. I placed a delivery order and was told no longer than an hour. About 35 mins in the delivery driver shows up but she doesnt have my pizza. Immediately I start thinking my pizza is sitting there under a warming lamp. I call after an hour and no pizza seeing what's going on and to make sure my pizza isnt just sitting there. I spoke with a manager named russ or rob and he assured me it had just come out of the oven and said the driver would be here soon. After another 15 mins my pizza shows up, just how I'd imagined. My extra crispy cooking instruction had been steamed to a little caesar esque cardboard bottom. Not that anybody ever yelps round table lol but...if you do, hopefully you find this and my top notch advice in saying, go to juicys pizza, it is just off main street directly across from library park and the lake, they even have rooftop seating, literally a 3 min drive, you're welcome. 1 of 3 pizza joints in town and I wont be back. read more

Nice to have a Round Table pizza in town until you find out they don't deliver till after 4pm. O well no problem will take my pizza at 4pm till you find out they won't deliver to your work/home in lakeport that is 3.3 miles away or 6 mins away according to google maps. The sauce is way too chunky and the crust tastes like cardboard, not to mention that not even the cheese on this pizza can do it justice as it is bland and practically a paper thin layer. Not to mention, the food is very overpriced for what it is. My bf and his family are native to Lakeport. On one occasion of visiting his family, we came here for dinner. En route to the restaurant, his family talked about how amazing and delicious the pizzas are at this location of RTP. To me, RTP tasted the same as every other national-chained pizza joints. Booooy, was I wrong after this RTP! The ordering service was quick and efficient. The waiter was friendly and attentive. We ordered a large Hawaiian and a personal garlic supreme. The pizzas were on our table in less than 10 minutes upon arrival. The crust was not too thick or thin. It was baked to the just right level of crustiness. There were plenty of cheese, ham, and pineapple on top of the pizza. The garlic supreme is loaded with sausage, fresh tomato, scallions, garlic, and peppers. We did not try the salad bar, but they look fresh and has a large selection.I have had visited many pizza joints in my days, but I seriously had the best pizza here!!!! Sometimes, some of the people who work there have a don['t give a damn attitude, but by and large the service is good, the pizza is good but ot quite great. My rating is more for the customer service than the actual food. Love the pizza but was disappointed with the lack of good customer service..went there today with the fam during happy hour (as advertised by the big banner hanging on the side of the building), assuming happy hour prices would be honored without me having to request happy hour prices. Didn't look at my receipt until I was ready to leave and noticed I was charged full price for my 12 wings. I was informed by the cashier that because I didn't mention it and because I ordered 12 instead of 6 I was charged full price..according to her "we don't know unless the customer mentions it". Hmmmm..this will be the first time I've ever eaten at a restaurant with happy hour pricing that doesn't automatically charge the reduced pricing during happy hour..I did receive a partial refund of $2..they split my 12 wings into two orders of 6 and refunded me on 1 of the orders..I guess only one appetizer is permitted during happy hour...what a great welcome back to Lake County... read more
