Great place for a quick and easy meal. The young staff are very friendly and eager to correct any mistakes made. I appreciate this workplace for their patience with their customers, especially during this time of Covid-19 with so many wanting to assert their freedom of rights rather than mask and CLEAN their hands. In my opinion it doesn't require an entire family of unmasked individuals to pick up one pizza and a liter of soda. Miguel gave me attitude and tried charging me for an order of breadsticks I've already order through your website, lmao then took a whopping 5-10 minutes to order a sauce of marinara.. seemed liked like specifically didn't want to talk to me because the previous customer had a full blown conversation with him about they're order and had the situation fixed right away and on my end it was different as if he was too tired to take my order and also confused? I've witnessed this Little Caesars in action for a couple of months now. Limited staff doing outstanding work. They are incredibly busy and still maintain good customer service. The staff here is better than average for Ukiah. Especially the goth chick at the register. read more

Third time l've ordered for delivery online, third time my order was shorted items. Today l only got half my order! Driver said he'd go back and get the rest of my order, never came back. Called manager of Little Caesar's his answer was "we can hold those items for next time you come in". He also said driver didn't ask for all of the order?!?! One time l ordered chicken wings and pizza and they forgot the PIZZA! Called customer service and got a recording that said they would call me back, they never do!!! Still the worst. Been a year since I last tried to get something and decided to get anything hot and ready today. Nothing available and 15 minute wait. Not even crazy bread. Great pizza for little money!!! I recently read that this place was bad , totally not the case... these people are extremely busy... but they were rocking out the pizzas. They were unable to keep any Hot n Ready pizzas because they were flying out the door faster than they were being made at no fault to the kitchen staff... I called in my order so by the time I got there ( with in 15 minutes) my order was done, however, the girl who took my order was in training and didn't get my order right. So I had to wait while they promptly redid the order and corrected the $ owed. ( it wasn't a problem at all) They redid my order and it was amazing. Exactly what my mouth was watering for. . Worst experience at this location. I went in to buy two pepperoni hot n ready pizzas. I payed with a $100 bill and got back my change wrong. I told the girl she forgot to give me back about $15 dollars. Instead of checking her calculations she called over her manager at the time and the manager told me that I would need to wait till the next day to get my change back. Even though I thought, why should I wait to get my own money back, I waited for the store manager Michelle to call the next day. Three days passed nd I finally called the store to figure out what was going on with my change. Till this day they haven't returned my change nor has the manager been in store to help with this issue. read more

I hate to have to do this, nobody likes to get so irritated that they have to come on here and do this, but.... Stay away from this place, unless you don't mind waiting for your order while they sell it to somebody else, then shrug and say "Sorry we will cook you a new one, it will just take another 20 min" I have ordered 3 times a pizza with crispy crust, and have been told that it will take 20 min. I walk next door to the store to get something while I wait, and on all three times was not gone longer than 10-15 min. About 30 min later, I ask about my order, and it ALWAYS got sold already??? So this last time I ask, I specifically ask them not to sell it, and what happens ? I get it, but it is so soggy and under cooked I have to put it in the oven myself to finish it off when I get home. I hate to say it, but I am not the only one who has had bad luck at this place, I have friends that won't even go near it anymore, and I have to say I can understand why now. The people that work there don't deserve the pay they get for the job they do in my head.
