I ordered a large combo style, not to spare cost or on special, at the Marysville restaurant, I assumed that all the Round Table restaurants were similar. Ate it with another person, it seemed OK, but not really worth cost. The next 3-4 days both of us had bad diarrhea, which appeared to be a direct result of eating this pizza. The staff at this location is AMAZING and the pizzas were delicious. We usually go to another location but tried this one because we had a coupon. Only 1 star deduction because when you call to place an order it's a third party call center and the guy had a really thick accent, wasn't very courteous and wouldn't let me make a customization since I was using a coupon but when I got to the store they were more than happy to do it and recommended next time to place the order online instead. read more

I will no longer come back to this location! How sad that they've gotten by business for years and my 5 star prior review has now resorted to yelps min of 1. They screwed up on my order and the manager offered a free pizza of the same kind on the house. She said they will keep an internal record of it. Noah took my phone order and was very pleasant. When I came in, there was a dirty table and three employees in the back congregated and seemed to be visiting. Alyssa came to the counter to help me. I asked her if I could make my salads before she took my pizzas out of the warmer that had just been put in there. She said I had to pay first. I said her is my money as I moved it towards her that I was holding in my hand. The comment she made was unnecessary, especially if she would have noticed me holding my money in my hand. She stepped away to make change and I asked Noah for the salad bowls. Here is what the salad bar looked like. Then he pushed wings and brradsticks like his life depended on the sale. Walked into the restaurant on a friday at 630pm. It was dim dark and dingy. Friendly staff who were helpful hence the 2 stars. I redeemed a reward through the Round Table app yesterday and had a really pleasant experience at this location. There was tons of front row parking and it was easy to navigate the parking lot. Inside the restaurant it was extremely clean and everything seemed to be fully stocked from first glance. Still a four star place, on this visit service was prompt and friendly even to the many questions I had after been given pizza options. Though I did not try the salad bar it was well stocked organized. While waiting I noticed the sign for Beer being so observant I indulged in a Rolling Rock 2bucks 16 oz 3bucks 22oz and 5bucks 60 oz can not argue with those prices plus the tv had some sports to pass the time. I just paid 68.00 for two pizza's and a 2 liter of Pepsiwhich in it self is ridiculous. to top it all off though they give a little more. This is my first ever yelp review and I will be posting to google as well because this establishment is disgusting. Round table should be ashamed to place their franchise name on this dumpster fire. I watched multiple employees prepare pizzas with no gloves on after using their computer, touching face, handling cash... I'm sure after the restroom too. No gloves with their hands all over the pizza. Clearly I'm not the first one to watch workers do this as I have read multiple reviews now. The manager here should really enforce safety policies here for the sake of all Marysville clients. I'm sure none of the workers are tested for covid if they can't enforce gloves while working. TLDR: please choose any other pizza restaurant in the nearest 20 miles this place clearly does not care about health regulations or policy. read more

I would just suggest they corral the "guests" who are only there to drink water and eat a small order of twists while using their free WiFi for hours. Absolutely disgusting!! This happened yesterday to my friends. We had our sons first birthday at the Marysville Round Table Pizza. A member of our party found a bloody tooth in their salad bar. It was brought to the attention of the manager on duty and she came into the party room and asked that everyone stop eating from the salad bar and that there will be a refund issued for all salad bars for our party. They removed the ranch and lettuce from the salad bar and continued to serve and make to go order salads from it. We have no idea what part of the salad bar the tooth came from. We tried to move on from the incident and continue the party, a few members of the party had started eating the pizza when another member of the group found something that looked like a piece of the first discovered tooth. We asked for a full refund and it was given to us but we wanted to wrap up the party and get out of there. As we were about to start singing happy birthday a female employee (torri) came in asking for the tooth saying they needed to take it for dna testing, that her manager had asked her to retrieve the tooth and she made it clear she wasn't leaving without it. The member of our party asked her to leave several times, reminded her that we were in the middle of a birthday party and that she would talk to the manager about it afterwards. The female employee then shoved and snatched the tissue holding the tooth from our party members hand and ran out. Everyone was shocked and because we were about to sing happy birthday I was recording and you can hear them talking before she snatched the tooth and then everyone gasping right before someone had started off the birthday song. The police were called to report the assault. This happened August 18th 2018 between 4:30 and 7 at the Marysville CA location. Round table is one of my favorite places but this time didn't have such a good pizza. first I live in Yuba city and for some reason this location in Marysville picked up my order off of doordash instead a Yuba city store so had a long wait time. second when I got my pizza of course it was not so warm and then it was very bland tasting which was completely shocking for round table. third and lastly I will never use doordash ever again due to roundtable charged me $19.xx and when I paid for doordash it was $36.xx which I thought was a lot but you pay for convenience I guess but they left the receipt in the bag and when I seen that not only did they only charge the $19.xx but they also got a discount on top of that so doordash really made out with a lot of money. not happy at all with this entire situation and pizza. Round table pizza has been my favorite place for pizza. The last few years , this particular round table quality has gone down, it is not up to the quality of service I've come accustomed to. The last four times the order has been wrong. Not making big changes, just adding an item on the pizza that never ends up on the pizza. I don't think it is very hard to do. Call in an order and the sizes of pizzas are wrong. Now you wait for them to remake the order when you have no time. That is why we call it in. Now for what you get it is to expensive. I could over look the cost if the quality was there. Shame on me for going back there three more times. I have given this round table my hard earned money for the last time. Sorry Round Table I think it is time to find a new pizza or a new Round Table. read more

This place is marysville is garbage! Ordered online and the order went in as a next day order. I called to tell them that I actually wanted the order for now, not next day, and they said, "there is nothing they can do, unless I reorder and pay again." The money was already debited (I'm not paying $120 for pizza hoping I get half back later!) They claim their online ordering is messing up. And they won't refund my money and they won't make my order until tomorrow. Now, I have to call first thing in the morning to cancel my order for 8:30pm on the wrong day and then wait 7-10 business days for a refund. Talked to someone who said they were a manager and they offered no solutions, no remedies, no apologies...other than sorry nothing we can do call tomorrow. Bullshit! Went to pick up my lunch today and was told by the cashier that I would be refused service if I didn't put a face covering on. Keep in mind this is the same cashier that I watched take dirty money from 3 customers then go help make pizzas then go and dish up a salad with NO gloves and NO hand washing. Obviously this establishment has decided that there are rules to protect their staff, but not their customers. I will not be going to this over-priced and under-managed place again. Also, if you love Round Table; just go to a different one as this is the only location around here that is enforcing these dumb rules. And what is up with the delivery times!! One day you will call and they tell you its over 2 hour wait, then the pizza magically shows up in 30 min. Then the next order you make that say its an hour but it actually takes 2 and a half hours.
