We got the butter chicken pizza ( asked for it alittle spicy) to go. Crust was nice and pizza was flavorable! We were beat from shopping so we had it to go so we could get back on the road. This was the first time my family and I dined in and we really enjoyed it. We ordered our meals, received our drinks, and found our seats quickly. The employee working assured us that the food would be done in a matter of moments, and sure enough we received our pizzas in a timely manner. The food was served hot but safe, the flavors were present and complemented each other, and the room was nicely filled cool air conditioning. The menu has many options for all dietary needs. There are a lot of options which can make the menu overwhelming. If you are going to dine in or order over the phone, be sure that you have looked over the menu well. This is the second time in a week that I've ordered from Chicago's Pizza with a Twist. It's SO good I can't stop talking about it! I wanted a sort of shredded chicken for more chicken per bite. They agreed to kind of crush it to go for that effect. I ordered Bombay Garlic w/chicken. It's beyond good. Next time I'll ask for extra garlic and forego the BBQ sauce. The staff is willing to answer any questions or make substitutions. It's not a big place, but does have a bit of space for dine-in. Did I mention I'm vegan??? I'm unsure why there are so many negative reviews about this place, but I made sure I checked the cleanliness of the place before we started ordering and eating, and it was spotless. The girl on the register was super sweet, friendly, and helpful, too. I was going to call the tikka masala wings, and she suggested the tandoori one, and oh my gosh, that was beyond delicious My son got the BBQ kabab and lamb pizza, and I had a slice, and it was REALLY delicious My fiancé is vegan, and he got his pizza that I can't recall what it was, but it was so good, too I got the tikka masala pizza (mild), and I swear to god the crust, the herbs and spices, and the freshly chopped cilantro just took me to heaven, haha! My son and I shared the 6 pcs of wings, and those wings weren't only divine, but they were pretty big, too. I tried the Limca soda, which was refreshing. The lovely lady on the counter mentioned that it was very popular in India; it has a lemon and lime flavor, and it was just perfect on this hot day after being out at my son's football game. We all got the small size for our pizza, and they were filling. I'm sorry others had negative experiences; this place seriously needs to get its fair share of positive and kind reviews. We typically LOVE their food. We've ordered from them many times! However, when we ordered tonight, we got the wrong order, and when we called, they argued! We ordered 8 parmesan garlic wings and 16 lemon pepper. A girl called us to tell us they were out of lemon pepper. My hubby switched the order of 16 to citrus. No problem. But when they arrived, all 24 wings were the same (no garlic parmesan), and all were covered with green onions. We called to tell them and they assured us that one order was, indeed, parmesan garlic...um, no. They're not. We can see and taste, thanks. Second, when we asked about the green onion (which I cannot eat and isn't mentioned on the menu anywhere), we were told, "All wings always come like that." What? Not before tonight they didn't! We've ordered wings many times and have NEVER gotten green onions thrown all over them! I've included a photo of the "different" wings (which were all kind of mushy and tasteless - they've never been like this before...) I don't know what changed... But, sadly, it's not good. They offer both their signature "twist" pizzas, (which, for someone who loves both Indian food and pizza, is amazing!) as well as traditional options. We ordered far too much food, five or six different items, including a deep-dish pie. Innovative, tasty as heck, and just decadent enough to make me feel guilty. Sadly, about two weeks ago, we ran into the same issue--yard, hungry, too little time. However, the online menu was glitchy; it took me twenty-two minutes(so said my phone) to figure out that I COULDN'T ORDER, that way. I called, and tried to order the same items as found online. After eight minutes on the phone(so said my phone), due to a language barrier, the employee had to check with "the manager." When he came back on the line, he said, "Sorry, we don't make that...or that...or that, any more--nothing American. Do you want...?" We took another fifteen minutes, and ordered delivery from a different joint. Of my three choices, none? Even if the employee just didn't understand, or didn't care, or was attempting to undermine the owner, I don't have FORTY MINUTES to waste on NOTHING--especially, when I'm hungry. Wow where to start. First off I ordered a bowl of pesto chicken pasta and 6 wings delivered. 40 minutes later , a driver shows up with pasta only. Told her I ordered wings, where are they.
