Honestly, back in the day or pre Covid this place was still popping The food was good. The ambience was family oriented and the service was usually fine. We went there a couple days ago and the food was OK. We got the lunch deal. So a small one topping pizza with a small drink for like $18? It was fine The pizza was not bad, it was OK. But we did want a salad from the salad bar and the salad is Hella expensive now at $14 and there's a big sign that says you can only go once. Which is fine but they give you a pretty small bowl that looks big, but it's small. They also don't have the complementary breadsticks anymore, which in my opinion used to make that salad bar. They were the BEST breadsticks from like any pizza place. The service was not very good to be honest. The girl at the counter was honestly rude and I was a little confused with the fact that it wasn't busy yet every single booth was super dirty... tables were not cleared and the person at the counter was just pouring ranch into little to go cups. But the ranch at the salad bar was completely empty...? Like in my opinion before you start doing the side work, you should 100% make sure that every single table is bussed at the least... and I don't know if it was because every single table around me was super dirty but when you look up at the ceiling, it feels even more grimy because the ceiling has a bunch of water spots and mold on it so yeah, just the whole experience ended up grossing me out... and even though the food was OK it feels like my money was wasted. I will say the person who brought my food out, was very nice and brought my partner, and I two sides of ranch, which we didn't even ask for so that was very cool. Sure it's a bit expensive for a "fast food pizza" but I can't go anywhere else where the toppings are falling off the slice due to over abundance and there's always some kind of coupon code to use. Not to mention the lady at the front desk has not once but twice now helped me with my coupon and tonight even asked if we wanted our pizza redone because the oven folded it a little bit weird. I usually like mom & pop pizza place. I decided to go to Round Table Pizza, my go to is the Parmesan twists and chicken garlic gourmet with the red sauce. At times it does get busy with birthday parties and whatnot, plus they are next to an In & Out burger, so parking can get crazy. The staff when I went were chill and I had a to go order, that it was ready when I arrived. They asked me if I needed any plates or condiments with my order. The time I picked my order up, a lot of people were leaving. If you dine in, it's going to be maybe loud with all the families or parties they have, they also have a small Game Center. Another horrible experience. Long Saturday and my kids want pizza. It literally took 44 minutes from the minute I ordered to get a pizza. They didn't look busy. Once they handed me my pizza the manager told me sorry for the wait, but they had made me the wrong pizza and basically didn't tell me till the very end when they handed me the pizza. If I can give 0 stars I would. This place was a complete disaster. I visited with my family and had the worst experience ever. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted with no acknowledgment from the staff. Their facial expressions showed that they were annoyed by our large group. Despite closing at 10 p.m., they seemed irritated that we were there at 8 p.m. The staff was incredibly rude. One female employee approached my parents in Spanish, rudely asking if we were reserving a room. We had no idea about how seating worked, and we politely excused ourselves. In order to really get the most of it, you'll need to order online through the app. There are deals here that I have never ever seen at any other round table(online only). They also are super fast. I had the most positive experience at this location. I put in an order online to pick up during my lunch break. My orders are always a bit complicated and are rarely correct the first time. That being said, my order this day was not correct. The woman helping me took note of the problem and offered a more-than-reasonable solution. I wish I had gotten her name. Anyway, she corrected the error quickly and got me all of the sides and additions I asked for without any issue at all. I so deeply appreciate how she handled it and got me EVERYTHING I asked for. Usually I would give round table a great review but this location need some type of new management. I placed my order online and I went to pick it up with my young daughter, upon entering this location we were not greeted, the young lady looked at us walked away and continued her phone conversation which I'm pretty sure it's against code considering it was not the work phone it was a cell phone which she had connected to her AirPods. When she finally approached us she was very short and told her phone conversation to hold on for a split second. While I was receiving my receipt she continued her phone conversation. Hi, I'm a customer of roundtable pizza, I buy pizza 2 maybe even 3 days of of the week, I go to this round table in Pinole on Fitzgerald drive a lot since it's closest to my house, but now I will not due to giving me a pizza that was not fresh, the manage had told me I'm sry we are under staffed and I waited for like 20 minutes after ordering 45 mins prier, my kids would not even eat it seemed to be stale, not sure what they did but it was not fresh, I would rather drive out of my way to the San Pablo round table it's way better. This review is due to the customer service. I called at 9:35pm and the employee answered the phone saying, "I'm sorry we're closed! Sorry we're closed! And immediately hung up before I could respond. I decided to call back the following day to speak to a manager. I asked this person (they said they were the manager of the day) what time they close and what time can the last order be placed. They said they personally take orders until 9:45 bevy it only takes 15 minutes to make the pizza. I explained what happened the night before. Afterwards, all they said just said oh, well I normally take orders until 9:45. Ok... I asked if they communicate that to their employees and also the fact that the person answered the phone, didn't give me a chance to speak and hung up was disrespectful to me.
