I'm glad they turned this location around! We stopped coming here a few months ago because the service and quality was failing. We decided to give it one more chance, and what a difference! The employees actually looked like they like their job. We went for the lunch buffet and the asked what types of pizzas we like. And the pizzas came out at the perfect pace. I just had a wonderful experience at the Round Table on Sunset and Stanford Ranch Road. Monday, March 23rd and The time was about 1:28 PM. I was there for the all you can eat and the manager gal at the register who is extremely sweet and professional, by the way, made a split second decision in the favor of me, the Customer to add some Pizza eventhough it was so close to the end of the all you can eat lunch. I spent just about $30 with my total order and I couldn't be happier. She made this decision just simply so I would be happy team. This place is a disaster. They are supposed to be the "Clubhouse" but they have almost no beer and the cider I ordered was only about 3/4 of a pint. I ordered a large pepperoni pizza on the app and it said it would be ready by 6:40 PM. When I got to the counter the guy told me they were behind and it would be a few extra minutes. At 7:05 a large pizza was placed up on the counter and I asked the employee if it was mine. He said they would turn it around when it's ready. Ten minutes later, at 7:15, I walked back up to the counter he turned it around and handed it to me without a word. It was almost cold except a little warm in the middle. I have been ordering pizza from this place for many years and I totally understand mistakes happen and it gets super busy so the wait times end up being way longer than originally quoted, but they usually end up making it right. Well I received pizza that was absolutely raw the pizza and the breadsticks. So I called in to try and fix the situation, to try and get some edible pizza and they said on the phone that I have a credit for this same delivery next time. So I called the next weekend to get pizza and now they are going back on what they said and lying to me about it! Alex the "store manager" said one week he would do it and the next week is going to back on his word! Holy, food was not worth it. Yes it was regular pizza, but when I went there, the place wasnt even filled, but the wait for the food was 2 hr+. I just went to the Taco Bell next to it (way better). This place is terrible. They've outsourced their delivery option to India so when you call the number you speak to a main hub office. They encourage you to order online. Good luck with that. Since you aren't speaking to anyone onsite at the actual restaurant, no one knows where your order actually is. So, 45 minutes after my promised delivery time, no one at the number knows where my order is. They transfer me to the actual store manager line and then they just hang up. So I have no way to know where my order is. When it will come and then can't even cancel it. Fail. Update. After 30 min and 8 phone calls, we finally got a person in the actual store. It had been 2 hours and the girl was asking if we still wanted it made. We told them we wanted to cancel it. Problem. They can't refund you on the phone. You have to go in to the store to refund it. What a waste of time, hunger and money. I will never order from here again. Update 2: After we gave up and cancelled the order. We went to Pete's. Ordered. Ate and then as we finished, I got a call from Roundtable asking if I still wanted my order! Same girl I spoke with earlier who I cancelled my order with. I really like this site because it reminds me of a true pizza parlor. We went during their lunch buffet. We played in the arcade while waiting for the buffet to begin. The arcade is fine but I would recommend returning to old school arcade games. Maybe get a pinball machine, pac man, donkey kong etc. You'd bring in more business. Ditch the grab machines. Also the soda machine is a newer machine and we just weren't able to obtain a normal glass of lemonade. I would like to see a traditional fountain machine instead. With that said, this location is clean!!! The staff os super nice amd helpful. Me and my family felt very comfortable there. The salad bar was my favorite. Wow, so fresh and yum!!!. We ordered DoorDash delivery. We got the wings literally without any Buffalo sauce on them. I had to drive myself to the place to get the sauce. The manager had a very bad attitude. She wanted me to go back home and bring the uncooked wings so they can do it right. Such potential, poor execution. This place is large, has decent TV set up, small arcade, wonderfully kind staff - but they just can't get all systems operating well at the same time. Why are they always horrifically understaffed? One trip here our pizza was great, but getting beer took an arm and a leg (there is NEVER anyone dedicated to tending the bar). The next trip the gal up front was super quick to get our drinks but our pizza came out wrong, and not fully cooked through the crust. We asked for a cup of olives on the side instead of on the pizza and we're told that wasn't allowed/an option? I think she just maybe didn't know how to ring it up? We couldn't get the TVs on NBA games. I mean it when I say the staff are some of the nicest people - they're legitimately trying. But one person working a register, plus maaaaaybe one more helping run food and clean and get beers does not equate to enough front of house staffing in a place with ample seating, tons of to go orders, a bar, and a party room! Also I'm not sure I've ever seen a manager? Maybe someone is a key holder but there's no clear person "in charge" nine times out of ten that we are there. 3 stars - If this was a rating for staffs willingness to try only - it'd be a 5! But if anyone with decision making power is reading this - please have a bartender, get your team some help, make sure the TVs are set up for important sports events that night before leaving for the day, maybe some light music for ambiance? If you are a manager and there at night take some control in FOH. I know plenty of people who would spend way more money and time here if you could get things right!!! read more

I've called for dinner takeout three times over the last three months and each time the wait time quoted on the phone was between 45 minutes to an hour. Then when I have arrived to pick up the pizza they have told me that it would be an additional 30-45 minutes. In other words, they hadn't even started making the pizza. This has occurred on both weekdays and weekends. On two occasions, I have seen other frustrated customers go up to the front counter and cancel their order. The business is understaffed and the front counter is chaotic, with customers lined up waiting for their orders. I will never order from them again. If you are thinking about doing an online order, expect that it will not be ready when they say it will be. The line is out the door tonight for pickup and they are about 40 orders behind equating to about an hour over from when it is due, yet have 8-10 people working. Not really sure what the problem is except maybe too many orders for how many pizzas can be made. If that is the case, their algorithm for when a pizza will be ready is way off. Do not come here. I came here for a party, I try to order, I gave 20 dollars to buy pizza, they said they had no 10 dollars change. They gave me a table number but then soon someone else took it because something got mixed up. They also didn't give me a receipt. Not once but twice my boyfriend has called and placed an order and when we go in to pay and get it they somehow can't find our pizza wasting 15 minutes of our time looking for the pizza. Ordered delivery of a specialty pizza using the Roundtable App for a change of pace from our usual. Pizza was promoted as 29.99 for a large specialty pizza. but after entering all my card info and pressing purchase, the app charged me full price for the pizza. I also ordered snacks and those were deleted from the order. Store delivered a tepid, meh tasting pizza 50 minutes later that would be a medium anywhere else. 48.00 after all fees for a medium freezer quality pizza. Total rip off.
