In a nutshell; great pizza, ok service, and good prices. If youre looking for good ny style pizza that'll fill you up and not run you up too much on the budget side then Id say celestino's a place to consider. Parking all around so parking shouldn't be too much of an issue, theres good amount of tables all around. Though, getting to the area where we give our order, the person at the didnt really ask or had a greeting and just kind of waited for us to give our order. Not that thats bad but just doesnt quite give excellent customer service, and that has occurred on both visits I had on different occasions, still despite that, can brush it off due to the excellent quality of the pizza. Overall still an ok experience nonetheless.

Cheese pie to go (I'm from NY)

I got a plain cheese pie to go and a white slice for lunch , being a pizza fanatic , this a good pie . Fresh slice tasted amazing as the pie didn't make it home whole. Will be back when in the area.

Decent pizza, crispy crust, huge size, super reasonable price and great service. Place has ample seating and was clean when we visited. They have pizza by slices ALL DAY. Will definitely be back!

Half pepperoni and half Oscar's spicy luau

We were next door hanging out at Boba Lane. Stayed a little longer than we intended so thought we'd get some pizza to go for dinner. We ordered 2 medium pizzas. One was half pepperoni and the other half was Oscar's Spicy Luau, and a combination pizza. Ordering on phone was easy and the order was ready when they said it would be. The pizza was absolutely amazing!!! My favorite is the Oscars Spicy Luau. Toppings were piled and that combination of jalapeños and pineapple was life changing!! Sooo delicious. Lots of garlic too which is always a plus. I noticed they have outdoor seating so definitely will go back with my dog! Highly recommend and can't wait to go back

Food yes. Service yes. Ambiance yes. Pizza is DELICIOUS.... now I paid $70 for two MEDIUM pizzas with both garlic ranch based which is $1.00 extra. Which is crazy to think...but honestly the pizza was WORTH it. Do I think the price is steep??? yes, would I pays $70 again for the same pizzas?? YES. Each bite was flavorful and one of the best pizzas I've had. We have family in Rocklin so anytime we visit we request some Celestino's!!!!

Celestino's is one of the only places I've found this side of the Mississippi that advertises New York-style pizza and actually delivers on it. The cheese slice is the real standout--simple, classic, and exactly what you want from a NY pie. But I usually can't resist adding a slice of the Danny DeVito too. The mix of ricotta and pepperoni on the DeVito adds just the right amount of creamy richness to the slice. The service is quick, and the vibe is unpretentious--just good pizza done right. If you're in Rocklin and craving a real slice, this place is worth the stop. Pro tip: Order by the slice. For some reason, at least in my experience, the magic doesn't quite translate when you order a whole pie--it's like a different (and slightly less exciting) experience. Not sure why.

Omg being a New Yorker and missing good NY style Italian slices, I was finally happy to find a place that finally ended my search for true Ny style pizza. So over the moon! so happy got so emotional as I haven't been home in 3 years. Thank you!!! I'll be back!

Pizza is delicious and sold by the slice. The caprese salad is *chefs kiss*. Big dining area and TVs playing sports.

Such a simple and delicious addition to their menu, it gets my money every time. Both the service and ambiance can change depending on the day and time, but overall our servers are usually decently friendly. It is a family restaurant so we frequently sit next to crying/screaming children. Not their fault, but a note for those looking for a date night spot. The food is great. We get the fried spaghetti squares as an appetizer every time we visit and they are always a hit, especially to those that are new and visiting. As I mentioned before, the vegan ceasar is also a favorite. For mains I like to build my own circle pizza, and others in my group like the square pies. One of my favorite things about Melos is that I can usually request vodka sauce on my dish, whether it's pizza or lasagna. This makes my experience 10x better than other places. They also have a good ranch, which is key for a good restaurant, especially one with pizza. I do wish their prices were a bit lower, but overall it is a good place to splurge a bit. We will continue to return.
