New owners, which isn't a bad thing. If you order online, do not expect your pizza to be made on the time suggested on the confirmation page. They don't make pizzas according to when things are ordered. They give the people ordering in person priority and won't make your pizzas until you show up. Not a deal breaker for me because they put way more ingredients on your orders than the last owner. I've been disappointed with my orders from the last owners, but learned to be patient with the new owners because you're going to get a heartier pizza. Worth a visit. read more

This location was on the way home from my work so it was convenient. I stopped by on a Tuesday and on Tuesdays they offer a special where you can get a large Papa Murphy's pizza for $12.99. We tried the Chicken Bacon Artichoke and the instructions were to bake for 12-18 mins @ 425°. Not too bad at all and tasted flavorful with the fresh ingredients. We enjoyed it and kids approved. The staff were helpful and they prepared my order pretty fast. I didn't have to wait long. We will be trying other specials or maybe even create our own. This location is run by a bunch of very dense people. They have barely any knowledge on the menu, couldn't even tell me what the gluten free crust is made of. I wanted a thin crust, they said it only came in the large size, so I spent $25 on a Large take and bake pizza. Got home, cooked the pizza, and its regular crust. Lol. I called them after and they didn't care. Choose a different location where hopefully the employees are more intelligent :) read more

First time using the Foothills location last night....ordered online for 2 pizzas, 1 cinnamon wheel and 1 chicken Cesar salad. Online order received at 5:08 tells me order will be ready at 5:31...fair enough. Get there at 5:31...wait in line to pickup...no indication that I was to stand at the front area. Caught me and one other person who was waiting in front of me. She gets her order...I'm up next... I was ignored at first and then asked if I'm there for an online order..yup I am....I can clearly see just the 2 pizzas. I tell them this..oh we have to make the cinnamon wheel it will be a few minutes. 10 minutes later I get it ... they want to send me on my way---what about the salad? Oh...okay. ‍. The Problem: Tonight we ordered Pizza from our local papa Murphy's where we experienced MULTIPLE issues. I sent my husband to purchase a Papas perfect pizza and a cowboy pizza both family size. It started with a problem with a new member not understanding how to use coupons. After an excruciating wait, my husbands name was called, with two medium sized pizzas, one was the Papa's Favorite and a medium cheese pizza. He doesn't understand the "family size" lingo or the "papas perfect" so he just Brings them home. Now I feel so bad to any who are ordering here on yelp, your driver won't know if they mess your order up!!!! So aggravating,right? Their solution: I am fuming in irritation. I caall the store and ask to speak with a management team member, Aaron answers the phone and claims to be apart of that team, no store manager in sight. He tells me they are having a rough go at it there are a few new people, I express my concern and he advises me that what I can do moving forward is to solely speak to a supervisor to make my pizzas to have them done correctly. So this means no resolution to my pizza issue for tonight? Thank you Aaron for your least bit of concern, least excellent costumer service award goes to you. Final Solution: Tonight we are forced to recreate our own pizza using our medium cheese pizza as a base. Thank God Little Caesar's is less expensive and we get what we asked for!!!! After my visit tonight I will never go back to this location or any other one in case this same employee switches locations. Nothing of note to say about the franchise. Placed our order on line and it was ready at the time requested. But as for the pizza. Wow. The 5 meat stuffed pizza was horrible. 80% dough and IF there were 5 meats, there could not have been more than 2 oz each. Terrible value for twelve dollars. This location is pretty standard. All the standard Murphy's pizzas, salads, cookies, and soda you could want. Had a few mishaps but the manager always corrects and takes quick action yo solve it. If you are ordering on the weekend the wait is usually 30+ minutes. Ordering online is usually a little cheaper! read more

The remodel looks pretty good - more space inside which is nice! The pizza is pretty good. My sister ordered the buffalo chicken pizza on Halloween and it was delicious! Definitely a new favorite. I do wish they would listen when you place an order though. When I specifically ask for ingredients on a pizza and arrive to find that they have added things I do not want - and then up-charge me for it - not cool. Disgusting. There was a hair in my pizza and I took it back. Luckily I noticed when I was placing it in my car. Granted they made a new one but they took the hair out from the old one and put back to give to someone else. Keep in mind the manager made the decision to put it back. The manager did not apologize. I'll never go to this location again! Several of my family members have worked for Papa Murphy's, and we've always been huge supporters of the corporation. I went to this location tonight after paying online. There was a female associate at the register, and a male associate at the pizza station upon my arrival. I was in a hurry, and there was one person being helped by the female in front of me. The transaction was taking a long time, so I asked the male if he could get my pizza. He picked it up, then said I owed $10. I asked why and he said that my payment hadn't gone through all the way. I didn't have enough cash, so I remained in line and checked my phone. I told him that $10 has gone through, but for some reason the rest hadn't. I told him I only paid $14 for the pizza, so it should be less then $4. He told me that the pizza didn't cost that little. I showed him he receipt on my phone, then it was my turn in line. The female told me the I only owed $3 and some change. I went to take out my money, but she started helping the next person in line. I put the $4 on the counter and told them to keep the change. They were both rude, and I'd recommend that you never go there. Update: I have ordered stuff crust from other Papa Murphy locations. This one was extremely doughy, and I could barely taste what was inside. I wasn't only late to my friends house, but I provided a "the most disgusting pizza" to them. I don't normally go to this location but I was taking the pizza to go so I ordered here. When I arrived with my 6 month old in tow, my pizza was not ready yet and when I looked up my order annoyed, I realized I goofed and ordered to my usual location, not this one. "No problem!" the boss said. They quickly made my pizzas and went to ring me up. She asked if I had a coupon which I didn't and she said, "you know what, I will give you $3 off for having to wait." Awesome! Then when I went to leave, she saw me holding my baby and asked if she could help me out to my car. She carried the pizza out and placed it securely in my car while I bucked my baby in.
