Line was long but the ladies were patient in taking orders. Smaller orders came out fast and the pretzel was the best deal there. Easy to find tables inside and outside was a bit of a gamble because the sun was fierce but there was a nice breeze. Big kids play area in a field so far from the tables. 50% of the people were watching their kids which I was not impressed by. You don't get a vacation from parenting. Hot food from the food trailer took a bit to come out but the girl back there was working her butt off. The orders were coming in in large amounts because groups of people kept showing up. Brazos is one of these breweries. The beers are fun to try!! I genuinely looked forward to trying everything. I guess I've been to so many breweries, they start to run together and feel lackluster. This is the one to have broke me out of that cycle. My favorites were the Lemon Kolsch and the Hefeweizen. Boy oh boy was the Hefeweizen delicious, this place does it well. The pizza is that cardboardesque version, but it was edible. The pretzel was decent, but definitely a frozen-to-oven situation. What we *do* want to shout out is the mustard it came with. It was SO good. We asked if it was homemade, and it allegedly was: so spicy and nasal-clearing and tasty. The mustard alone is what is pushing up from 3 stars to four! Bottom line: nothing crazy special, but a good place with friendly folks working and decent food and drink. I was there to drink good wine! unfortunately, that's not what I got. I got five tasting tokens. I tried the Jal Spice (weird smoky flavor and bad aftertaste) the heritage (best of the bunch), the mead (decent, so i got two pours) and a red blend I can't remember (except that it tasted bad). Although I bought bottles at the other two wineries, I wasn't even tempted. The wine tasted off. The best description I can think of it that it tasted skunky, like bad beer, but also had this overwhelming wooden taste in the red ones. The mead was ok and the heritage had the least amount of aftertaste. My entire tour agreed that it wasn't worth the stop. Hope the company eliminates them from future tours.

She has a great variety of wines and taste for all pallets. My only negative feedback is that the tasting pores are very small and not worth the tasting amount which is about $12 I believe. Her bottles generally run about $29 each. She has very good customer service and is very knowledgeable and is proud of her craft she also sells homemade soaps and honey as well
