Wow what a rip off. Every other ticket game we played was not working properly and did not dispense the proper amount of "tickets". This crushed my daughter who wanted a decent prize but kept getting the wrong amount of tickets. I spoke with one friendly worker who had a technician look at the game which clearly marked the ball 1-2 spaces from where it landed. Absolute joke. Absolutely horrendous! Not only is this place so ridiculously expensive, the majority of the staff are rude and incompetent, and I don't use that word lightly! I brought my family and some friends there for my daughter's birthday-- not a party package, but casual to hang and bowl together. I was told $6 per game card gets 24 pts to game, I bought 12 of them and more than half worked for 1 game and then ran out of money. When we asked management they claimed the cards were swiped for several games, NO SIR. No help. Nothing done to fix it. Bowling, what a joke! I paid for 2 lanes for 12 people and 4 pairs of shoes for my kids. I was told each attendee would only pay $6 for shoes upon arrival, nope they charges $12-15! I paid for an all inclusive kids birthday party. Unlimited food, ice cream, games, and karaoke. I got a phone call this morning that their soda fountain wasn't working, and could they substitute with liters. Sure, no problem. What they neglected to mention is that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING, and that the kitchen/bar is closed, so I can't order extra food or beer for any of the adults who have joined us. The kids tried to get ice cream, and they tell us they're short staffed and that they'll get to it. 1.5 hours in on our "unlimited" birthday party, and still no ice cream. What gives? This is a complete joke. Not what I paid for. I asked for extra plates for the food, and they gave me a roll to paper towels. Don't waste your money. It's not worth it. And Monday morning my inner Karen will be speaking with the GM. You cannot make me pay for that which you are NOT prepared to deliver. If you are looking for a lousy POS arcade that is overpriced, has the worst CUSTOMER service, and a B!itchy manager, then this is the place for you. Not for us though. After watching them rigging machines and ripping off customers (ask them to reset one of the prizes in claw machine and you would think it is such hard work). Watch them wedge a prize and make it impossible then having the manager tell us they will kick our daughter out for trying to win a prize, we are definitely done with this place. Round 1 is a great place to go if you're trying to find a good place to just chill, they're open till 2am which is great. They have a lot to choose from, pool, bowling, arcade games and even karaoke rooms that's just for your group! Vincent(the manager) was very helpful with a problem that I had, and Paul was so helpful and had a great attitude! Because of them they made my visit very pleasurable. I definitely suggest going to round 1! Thank you to Paul and Vincent for helping out and being very helpful! Will be back very soon Katrina is soooo helpful.She doesn't feel like just a manager, she feels like a friend, very helpful and very friendly, if you have a problem with something she will help until it is right. I'm very disappointed in how Round1 turned out to be, as I had been awaiting its opening since I saw the ad for it. I've been here a couple times and my initial thought is that it's very pricey for what you're getting. And the food ordering process is a pain. Today, for example, I go to order ice cream. The cashier makes you go to the kiosk (which makes you wonder why do they even have a cashier). So I order from the kiosk and they say I have to wait until my number is called. Two people order ice cream after me and get their order immediately...and another couple get their order immediately. Meanwhile they prioritize people ordering pizza when ice cream takes 1 minute to scoop. I go in line and ask the cashier why I can't get my ice cream. She says she'll get right on it. Wait another 5 minutes and the cashier says my order is taking so long because I paid with card. I'm confused as that makes no sense why my order should take longer because I paid with card, since I paid with card at the kiosk you told me to go to? While all this was going down, two people were standing around who could have made the ice cream, and the manager is just walking around doing nothing. Honestly, I get that it's $1.00 ice cream, but how can a team of 6 not manage something so simple? read more

This place is terrible. The employees stand around and stare at the plushies machine. They don't assist you either and enjoy watching you lose more money with every new attempt you take. *update to my old review I made while I was drunk* Let me explain how this place is absolutely the worst arcade/bowling alley/ bar I've ever been to. I've been to one of the other round 1s in Moreno Valley and it's way better than the one in Temecula. 1. Realized they up charge all the games most are 8 credits to play (about $2) 2. They put the drinking wrist band on my boyfriends left arm and when we went back up to the bar (the one long Disney land waiting like line) the manager goes up to us and says that's on the wrong wrist pulls it off of his wrist then asks to see his ID.... honestly we were annoyed at that point and just got out of line. 3. Went to round 1 in Temecula to play bowling they said it would be a 1.5 hour wait and it ended up being a 2 hour and 15 minute wait when I went to the front and asked what was taking so long the lady said we were next in like then we proceeded to wait an extra 20 minutes waiting to be called. 4. Went back to the alcohol line later because some of my other friends went to get drinks asked the manager why they have one line for alcohol and he said it was to limit minors from getting alcohol ‍ also after waiting in a 45 minute line you're only allowed to get one drink 5. The bowling was the absolute worse! They have like 10 lanes and they treat everyone like it's their first time playing. So we get to our lane and no ones sitting on the bench in front of us so we sit there and immediately got yelled at by some workers there then continued to squeeze six of us on one bench( nobody ended up going to that bench for 20 minutes). We sent one of our players to the bar to get a pitcher of beer she came back with a pint and said that they refused to give her a pitcher because to people have to be present at the bar to get a pitcher so she wasted her time out of the game for nothing. The two workers literally were hovering over all the bowling games walking back and forth like hawks which honestly was just ruining the mood because of you did anything "wrong" they just started bothering you about it oh and God forbid you take two balls you're allowed one per person at your lane. 6. They have a loud announcement that went off like once every fifteen minutes that at 10 pm if you're under 18 you have to leave unless with a parent then after 10 pm they started with another announcement that at 12 If you're 21 you have to leave unless accompanied by someone who's 25 or older like WTF?! This place absolutely sucks just a waste of time I've been to the one in Moreno Valley and they don't act like this what so ever. Not worth the time, money, and headache. Never coming back and will definitely tell everyone how horrible the staff is and also if I'm 21 then why am I getting kicked out!? Y'all are gonna lose business fast and I honestly hope that the store manager realizes how horrible this new place is and starts firing people that suck at their job. Oh also bowling was 20$ plus a $2 shoe rental. Long story, not so short, just don't go here go anywhere else honestly at that point I was so annoyed they just kind of ruined the vibe for the night. read more

We came in to play some arcade games and went to the restroom and had our beers taken by some teenagers. When we confronted staff they told us that they had reviewed the cameras and told us that the had not seen us have our beers taken when indeed we did. We were upset but accepted their decision but after walking to our car in the parking lot we were pulled over by a police officer who asked us what had happened inside. We told the officer our story and he told us he would talk to them, we had left so we do not know the outcome of the situation. However his is unacceptable behavior and we will not be returning to this establishment nor do we reccomend this restaurant/arcade to anyone. read more

This Round1 has no DDR, and barely any rhythm games. It also feels like there is no A/C. It gets VERY hot. Extremely sketchy people wearing anime shirts and talking loudly about inappropriate things while on the Pump It Up machine. The arcade is mostly redemption games, and was full of children. The two staff members I spoke to after waiting in long lines were nice and friendly. Only highlight was that they have Melty Blood, and the Gitadora setup was nice. Some of the fighting games are labeled incorrectly, so pay attention to the game on the screen and not the signs that say what game it is. Also unlike other Round1s I have been to, this one has a soda fountain behind the food counter. Which means you have to wait in a very long line just to get a glass of water. Also the time play is absolute garbage. You can only swipe at the same game three times before you are no longer allowed to play that game unless you play a different game first. This makes it absolutely useless for shooting games like House of the Dead 4. Which is one of the very few games you can play with the time card. You also can't use your cards from other Round1s at this location. Unlike other Round1 locations, I didn't see any security during my visit. Also my phone got NO SERVICE inside except for in the bathroom! They also don't offer wi-fi...AWFUL Overall -No DDR -10000 points -Creepy Pump It Up players -5000 points - Trash time play system -2000 points -Bad time play selection -1000 points -No a/c -3000 points -No Guitar Hero or Pop n Music - 5000 points -Round1 cards are location specific -1000 points -No cell service and no wi-fi - 2000 points + 2 project diva machines +500 + Melty Blood + 1000 +Nice Gitadora setup +500 Total Score: = -27000 = 0/5 Stars = 1 Yelp Star (Just go to Round1 in Santa Ana, it is much better. They also have two pump it up machines but they have a security guard near them usually, so it is safe.) read more

We came bowling here tonight, (09/11/21) and they put us on a busted lane (without us knowing) after bowling for a 1/2 hr and dealing with all the issues we asked for a refund or be put in a different lane. So they told us there's nothing they can do and we can try and finish our game or leave. They called a security guard to stand in between us and to try to intimidate us. The worker upfront (at the first complaint) told us they have had an issue with that lane and they have a ticket to fix it yet it won't be done for a few days. How many people used this lane today with them stealing their money!?. We spent over $380 in two hours at this place playing the arcade and bowling alley and they took our money knowing they had a faulty lane and would NOT refund it. Every other bowl we did it was a foul and would reset our score this place is not friendly to its customers beware trust PINS AND POCKETS IS WAY BETTER. read more

Very dissatisfied. The bar system is ridiculous, they funnel you down to a single file line to order your drinks instead of having it like a normal bar. They said they do this to control minors not drinking alcohol. Maybe do a curfew after 11pm instead then. It took me 45min to get a beer and the line wasn't even that long. Bar staff seemed very under trained and overwhelmed. All but 2 taps were tapped out because they ran out of beer. Half the games were out of order also. Normally I am not one to write reviews but last night changed that. I took my family and I to Round 1 for our first time. To say the least it was okay. Lots of games to pick from and a decent selection of prizes. Last night I over heard I'm assuming a manager talk very rudely to an associate. It caught me off guard as the assistant helped me with getting my game card and to help my sons get their winnings. They were amazing but to see and hear this assuming manager be rude to them was uncalled for. I didnt get the name of the associate as it was busy but I hope they are okay. All these bad reviews on here, people need to chill out. I have been wanting something like a Dave & Busters here in Temecula for a long time, and this is so much better. I'm sure a lot of these negative reviews on here are from haters that decided to come on opening night. Of course opening night would be chaos. My experience a few days after has been awesome. 1.99 beer and wine all day and night, clean environment, tons of unique arcade games for all ages, and open till 2am every single night. The manager KEVIN helped me get back a mistake done by K in charging me on my card. His senior co-worker REFUSED to refund me the mistake K did even if I already presented all the receipts I purchased on that day itself. We had a birthday party here Saturday evening with the unlimited 2 hour package with games food and bowling. I cannot say enough good things about our experience. I can't believe how many negative reviews there are. Our party hosts were both wonderful. They were very attentive and accommodating but also gave us our space to enjoy ourselves. We had plenty of food and drink. They made sure we were well taken care of. The facility was clean and I felt safe having 9 nine year olds running around. I felt my money was well spent and everyone complimented the entire event. My only feedback would be to have a trash can in the party room. Open up some of the ticket dispensing games for the unlimited card. Also no alcohol in the party room. Not a big deal in terms of experience but it was definitely an easy rule to forget. The 2 hour party flew by so quickly. The booking experience started off a little rocky but Natalie really turned it around. Thank you to everyone! We will be back :) read more

Very poor customer service and Pam the manager was awful (hopefully thats her name because when I asked her name she covered her name tag with her left hand). Tall skinny blonde girl. I was looking at the hotwheels and there were 170 tickets as stated on the tag. When I got to the counter she said it's more. I told her and they verified it was in the wrong place which wasn't my fault but the printed tag states DC car. She wouldn't give it to me. I asked for a higher person like district or corporate and she said there isn't one and that the number is on the website. I checked website and there wasn't a number. Thoroughly disappointed in this place, don't waste your time our money here. I spent 50 dollars and 40% of the games we played were not working properly. I genuinely mean that, it's not an exaggeration. I wasted even more time making an actual list of what was wrong. Big buck hunter had a broken trigger on one of it's guns, the other version of that game was missing an entire gun because somebody "drunkenly ripped it out". Quick drop had a sticky button and didn't correctly count the balls. Extreme drop didn't work at all. Do you like playing the basketball shoot to win games with friends? Have fun waiting 12 seconds for the one of two balls to return. After this little escapade we went to Pechanga and STILL felt less ripped off there. This place is brand new and I was excited to experience it, but was beyond let down. read more

If I could review 0 stars I would. Got terrible service and were targeted by staff. A coworker or friend was hanging at the bar and was absolutely rude because my sister accidentally "sat in his seat" which he wasn't at when we got there. We came in completely sober had 2 drinks mind you, while my sister had 1 and they accused my sister of drinking out of the pitcher of beer that me and my cousin had (which she clearly didn't and there are cameras there to check) then claimed we were intoxicated when we weren't and refused to serve us after that. There were ladies at the bar prior who were being loud and they had no issues serving them drinks so I'm not sure why we were targeted? The whole night they watched us and had eyes on us even if we got up to use the restroom or wherever we went. It was so beyond uncomfortable and I have never been treated like this at any establishment ever. It looks like many other people also have dealt with harassment from the staff in the past so it's clearly something they constantly do. To the bartender with the bun, glasses, and buck teeth (I think they said her name was ana) who told my sister we were intoxicated and accused her of drinking out of our pitcher I hope you get fired as well as your other incompetent friends. What couldve been :/ At face value, Round 1 seems like a great place to hang out. The arcade is pretty sweet and the prices of bowling and food are pretty well priced. The problems lie deeper into the actual service. We went back to back bowling 2 nights in a row. Night 1 - its 1:45am and I'm very thirsty, it gets hot in R.1. The snack bar is closed so naturally I go to the bar and after waiting in line I ask the bartender for a water. He tells me that last call is in 15min and he wants to fill the rest of the beer orders before 2am so I need to wait....for water. There were 4 guys behind me, so idk how long it takes him to pour a glass of water but 15min was more than enough time to help me and still get beer orders. They closed at 2am and I left never having gotten water. That's absurd. Night 2 - the music is loud, extremely loud, which is to be expected I guess except what's annoying is that the playlist is obviously coming off someones phone because every minute or two they'd get a text and so the music in the building would quiet down and then rise back up. Again and again and again, every few minutes for the whole 2 hours we spent there. And be prepared to yell at your friends who are 2 feet away from you lol. I've worked at bars, and seeing what went on behind the bar shows me they hired a lot of people who don't know jack. I know this location is new but seriously, take the time to train properly. Until they get a staff who can deliver a better experience, I'd recommend Temecula Lanes...yes really. read more

We'll apparently this location has a completely different system . They made me pay the annual fee again . They said there was no way to over ride it. Really annoying .
