It's a nice venue, the DJ was good, and the musical guest (female Saxophonist) was awesome! The problem we had was the price, we were told that it was $80.00 cover charge because it was a special event, later to find out it was only $20.00. when we complained, the owner said he would make arrangements for better seating, he did after the musical set was over. by then it was time to leave. The stools were hard; we end up standing most of the time so our butts wouldn't hurt! The food was nasty, i had nachos, my friend had a cheeseburger, they didn't have pickles or tomatoes. Bummer. When we walked to the front door there was already an older couple at the front. An EXTREMELY RUDE Asian lady STORMED OUT OF THE door hit my husband with my toddler in his arms, yellling - " we don't open until 8pm!! Right Darrel ?!!" We don't know who Darrel is , but why ate you yelling lady ?! And hitting people w/ doors . She slammed the door shut and locked it. By the way the neon sign says OPEN . So if you are closed turn off your sign and lock your door prior, also train your staff that answers the phone to provide accurate info. Friendly staff! Roomy venue with a stage for entertainment. They offer live bands & karaoke during the week. The only dishes I have tried here since under new management were the chicken wings & lumpia both very tasty, but not enough food for the price. The bathrooms are clean which is HUGE for me!! They have a tv's throughoutthe bar & a huge projector they use during events. I believe that there is a cover charge for special events & they have security during these as well. The downside is they are tucked away in a corner of a smaller shopping center & they don't advertise well enough & sometimes post things that get canceled or push out later example: the karaoke times or days are notorious for this to happen. Making it at times unreliable to plan group outings. Still a nice spot to grab a drink & hangout from time to time! read more

Very disappointed! Bought two $80 tickets to last night's Sade and soul food"event that showed starting 8pm. As I'm entering we were never greeted by I think is one of the owners, a Filipino older lady. I see a sign that said $25 cover so I just thought maybe without the dinner. Sat down and got two drinks and I noticed no signs of "soul food" so my husband asked who we think was a owner gentleman and he tells my husband there is no dinner for whatever reason but he would give us a free drink which was one beer and one virgen piña colada! We paid $80 each for this! I couldn't sit there anymore and decided to walk out! Two couples next to us were also wondering what happened with the main show. One of the men look on Instagram and now it said Sade experience starts 10pm. We were offered to order from the menu but we paid to be fed why would we buy food?! Came here to watch the fights, they had the fights on but switched it to basketball mid event.... Bartender didn't really care to serve us either, made drinks for everyone but us and walked past us multiple times making eye contact without offering to serve us. I went to a Friday night concert, Sade cover band, found out when you buy a ticket it gets you in and a seat at the bar, to get a table is an additional $25. this concert had a great saxophonist but Sade ... not at all like Sade. the advertisement said there was soul food offered with the ticket, no food offered at all. the manager woman seemed very angry, probably not the best job for her.food is mostly greasy burgers .... read more

This review is for my visit today for the 49er vs Seahawks game. I am leaving a 5star rating strictly because the wings were delicious and our waitress Liz was AMAZING!!!!! She was the only one working the floor and had at least 10 tables to service. She did it with a smile and a positive attitude! The drinks were not good but Liz did everything in her power to make them better and or replace them, all while smiling and being kind and friendly! She deserves a raise.....it is very rare that an employee of her Caliber exist in customer service anymore. The wings were flavorful and fried to perfection. The environment/ambiance was friendly and welcoming we were able to interact and engage with the game with other fans in a fun but free flowing environment. They advertise upscale lounge, I think not!! First of all bad location..no parking!!! Waited 20 minutes to be served and 50 minutes for our food which received not as described from menu plus another 20minutes for coffee & utensils. Other patrons got served before us and we were there before them. Our waitress seemed irritated not friendly. Water tasted like it came from hot water hose (No lemon). I would not return to eat, but probably grab a drink & listen to music at the bar..faster service. I understand they just had their grand opening last night & seemed unprepared as I observed. We attended a birthday party last night. For starters our host prepaid for our admission. Even after we explained that to the door he still charged us 25 dollars to get in. Our host put cash at the bar. When we went to order we were told only beer and bottom shelf well drinks. My wife was charged 19 dollars for a glass of 4 dollar a bottle Andre. We should have just opened a tab and ordered. The drink tickets were a joke. The back patio was embarrassing and we couldn't even bring our drinks. Tried to support. I expected better. read more

Called a couple days before the Kings of Thrash show and was told by the guy that tickets would be $20 at the door. Show up the night of the show and they charged $30 at the door. I drove over an hour to get there so I wasn't, not going to pay the extra money to get in. All night long they were blowing fuses and the power kept going out on all of the bands, yes including K.O.T. They finally unplugged the stage lights, but the power still went out The opening bands played their full sets, but K.O.T. had to cut theirs short by 2-3 songs. While all of this was happening, the owner actually had the audacity to go around and tell people sitting at tables that they needed to purchase 2 drinks to sit there, instead of apologizing to everyone for ruining the show. I know someone working the show and spoke with band members, so this is absolutely true. Also, Vinny Appice was there checking out the place to maybe play there since he lives close by, but I wouldn't count on him playing there now. I WOULD LIKE A REFUND PLEASE!!! **EDIT** Heard from the owner and he offered to refund my $30. It's been a few days now and he's just been making excuses why he can't pay and is just ignoring my messages. My family has had a restaurant / bar for 48 years and I could teach this guy a thing or two about customer service. He doesn't realize that this negative review is going to cost him much more than $30 once people read it. **RESPONSE FROM THE OWNER A WEEK AGO** Sorry for your experience. The event promoter was charging $30/door, not sure what the miscommunication was. I'll be glad to refund your money. Unfortunately these things do happen with the power issue, there was just too much equipment on the stage. We've corrected the issue. I'll be sending you a direct message to get you refunded. I attended the Jazz and Seafood event on 01/23/26. The event began at 8:00 pm, and I arrived at 8:30 pm. Despite waiting, I never received my food. This was a very poor experience and prevented me from enjoying the event. My blood sugar dropped significantly, and I nearly passed out. I had to leave the venue to go to the liquor store next door to buy candy. This situation was unacceptable, and I will not attend another event at this location. read more

We heard that it's grand opening day. Me and my friends came and check out the place. Boy oh boy! It was packed and lively and it was only 8 pm. We ordered our shots and martini and it's well prepared. We got hungry so we order lumpia, chicken wings, fries and sliders. With the amount of people there the service was on point very assertive to you always checking if you need another drink or something to eat.
