This place was straight up delicious. Best steak I've ever had, hands down. It's not a fancy place, but the food was just out of this world.

We had the best Steaks EVER! I had the ring eye. Husband had New York. Cooked perfectly, almost fork tender!

Trash. Not worth the time or money. Steaks undercooked and took about 40 minutes to get our food. People seem nice i guess.

The pasta was delicious , and the bison was cooked beautifully. Beyond the food, the service was attentive and genuinely warm without being overbearing. The ambiance is hard to beat: that sweeping view of the Jordanelle Reservoir makes the whole experience feel elevated from the moment you sit down!

Overall, it was a lot of fun because the mugs came out with cotton candy on top and the waiter then poured the hot chocolate over it. It was mesmerizing watching the cotton candy get melted from the fresh hot chocolate. We had a reservation and did not get our hot chocolate for 45 minutes which I thought was odd because it was just drinks but maybe they had to prep it? Take note that they advertise this event as $25 per person which seems affordable, but then if you want to add pastries that is an additional fee that added up to $50 per person. A= Appearance - All of the food looked so pretty! It was similar to a high tea experience, but with hot cocoa. We were right by the fire and it was very much a cozy vibe because our chairs consisted of couches and big furniture chairs. T= Taste - The hot chocolate was very rich, in fact the waiter explained that it was purely chocolate. There was a separate container for milk and whipped cream to dilute the hot chocolate during the meal. However, it was still quite rich! If you're a huge dark chocolate fan you would love it. My favorite pastry was the raspberry jam shortbread cookie and the savory lobster roll. They had a variety of eclairs that were fruity and chocolatey. The mango one was yummy! I could not have eaten it on my own because they were also rich. The best tip I have is to go family style and share everything!

It took 20 minutes or more to receive the appetizer which was a small plate of handmade potato chips with truffle butter and cheese. (It was about half the size as the one we had last year. Then it took over 30-45 minutes to be served our dinners. My husband ordered their specialty steak. It was supposed to be a thick piece of highly marbled beef and was touted as being exceedingly tender. It was not! It was so tough, it was difficult to chew. My chicken was somewhat dry. The broccoli spears were too tough to cut and the tops were cooked until they were black. The only really tasty item was the creamed grits. You paid $3 each for bread service which consisted of one small roll each. Dinners start at $38-$80. Why a roll or rolls can't be offered as part of the meal seems to be a cheap way to add to its price. Surely bread service could be a basket of assorted rolls, crispy cracker sticks, or the like. We will not return.
