She was understanding all the time and gave me a bagel, cream cheese and tea every day that I was there. I think the first day I might've seen the owner? I was the lady who always wears the black hat to shield from the sun. Inside is beautiful I love the name "coffee box". It matches the building and it's so easy to always find when you're looking for it. Just look for a really weird, midcentury boxlike, tall building and you'll see it. I do think that their offerings are better than other places which might not be as reliable or open when they say they are.
