I made sure to be home at the time being that I was coming from work and I sat in my car for 2 hours waiting for them and they never showed. 12:30 they still didn't come they are calling me trying to confirm my address when that information was communicated the day prior. After so much delay making me late to other obligations I asked them to cancel as they had no regards to my time and no accountability. Things happen, delays happen but you have to communicate. They offered me a $25 discount which I thought was a slap in the face. I was about to spend $600. I told them to forget it, I was going to do business with them because I was referred to them but the experience was so bitter that I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. A lady calls me back asking me if I'm sure I want to cancel I said yes because they don't respect me nor my time. I informed her I will fix my window elsewhere. Fortunately I was available @ that time. The tech was friendly and was able to fix the chip in my windshield. Note that (just like all techs) they will not be able to totally remove the chip (so it will be slightly visible). However, it should not deteriorate further into a crack. The tech did explain this in advance. I'm not sure how much repair typically costs, but did think that the price was fairly reasonable. I would not hestitate to use them again.

The dealership confirmed that water intrusion from the improperly installed windshield caused failure of the fuse block and body control module, resulting in over $4,000 in repairs. I attempted multiple times to contact the technician (who gave inconsistent names and is now unresponsive), but all calls and messages have been ignored. He goes by Anthony, but his real name is Noel Edwards I would strongly caution others before using this company.
