I have been doing biz with Everett Storage for quite some time and they are the best!…read more ~ After many years of paying on time every month to Storage Depot in Lake Stevens, where I still had some stuff, I moved out recently. I discovered that some things had somehow gotten wet and that RATS had been in my stuff! Rat turds everywhere and in my boxes!!! To this they answered "Well you've been here a while". WHAT! I was so stunned by this answer that I didn't ask for a refund of the payment I had recently made. If they were like other storage facilities I have done business with, and who pro-rate, they owe me money. However with that attitude do you think they would refund it without me asking? Yeah, sure. NOT! I find out, after speaking with others, that they are far from the best around and I want to share that information. I suggest Everett Storage to you. Great people! They have 3 very clean and convenient facilities in Everett. On Rucker you can drive INSIDE on 2 levels! There is also a moving truck available. Go use one of these facilities....NOW! :)

This place is complete garbage and it's owner is a thief…read more For over 3 years, I rented a space for my 2 Off Road Vehicles & the trailer used to haul them with. I don't live close to this business but I chose to use Gold Bar RV Storage because it's location is near multiple area's for off road vehicles and it made more sense to store my vehicles and equipment rather than travel back and fourth with it all. Last April (2015') I was in the area on unrelated business and decided to stop in and check on everything. So I enter in the gate code, drove around to the back and was shocked to see my rented space was now being occupied with someone else's equipment. Long story short, I contacted the owner who doesn't even live in the same state just to find out that they had no idea where my property had gone and advised me to contact the local police, which I did. Someone with the gate code had driven their truck into this secured facility and hitched up my trailer with my 2 off road vehicles loaded onto it and drove right out without drawing any attention from the on-site manager. The theft of my vehicles is a hassle to say the least and as of today, nothing has been recovered and although with the security cameras at the entrance and on-site manager giving the impression that all was safe, by using this service, the agreement I signed states that the establishment is in no was responsible for anyone's property.... Fine. But that does not explain why in the hell, the management/owner has been accepting my monthly storage fee for 10 months after my property had already been stolen. Thanks to google earth's, roll back the date feature, I was able to visibly determine what month it was when my vehicles had been taken which was, like I said, 10 months prior to the date I visited the storage facility for the last time. Even with time stamped visual proof, the owner refuses to return my 10 months worth of payments I made to them (on time, every time), and the 10 months of monthly payments they accepted with or without knowing whether the property they had been collecting for, had even been stored at their business. I guarantee that if my property had been stored at their facility and if for whatever reason, I had missed a monthly payment... A notice would of been sent out within that very first week and for that reason alone, I pray that their business goes up in flames, the day after their fire insurance expires. BONUS INFO: The security camera at the entrance/exit does not record video. It only shows a live feed to the on-site resident and manager who I later found out only lives there to help new customers by providing them with agreement papers. No other affiliation other than that. Just someone who pay's rent for a house in the middle of a storage facility. Questions?
