Yes, they are on the high end cost-wise but in my opinion, well worth it. Very clean, bug-free, temperature controlled, well lit, high security and very customer-service oriented. They even have carts to help with your loads in and out. And with convenient parking at the entry door, what more could you ask for? Manager Adam is very personable. There are three things one wants in a business: Good Quality, Excellent Customer Service and Low Prices. But, unfortunately you can only have two of the three. You choose!

When I got there I was shocked I couldn't believe how much of my stuff was missing, my unit had been so full you couldn't even walk in it, now there's a whole lot of room to walk around. I asked the man in the office what they had on the cameras because they had to make multiple trips in and out to steal so much stuff, he said there was nothing out of the ordinary, how were they able to get thru the main gate and then have the code to get in the building and make multiple trips without being noticed? They told me my unit was the only one broken into, that same day when at my unit a man came to his unit which was down a few from mine, he had to have the lock cut off, he said he had been there the previous week and his unit had a different lock so it had to be cut off he was missing half of his belongings, he then put a new lock on it he was there to empty his unit once again he had to have the lock cut off when he opened his unit it was completely empty. So I had been lied to my unit was not the only one broken into. I believe this was an inside job I find it hard to believe that someone could make so many trips in and out and not be noticed. I do not recommend this storage facility. I feel that more units were broke into but they were also told they were the only one.

After 6+ years of paying a fortune for a 5'x10' unit (now $180/month, increasing to $212 as of…read more6/1/2023) it was time to move out. Arrived 4/25 with a rental vehicle to do so but the elevator was out of order and apparently had been for a few days. To avoid paying the next month's rent, we had to vacate the unit by EOD 4/30. When we called to check the status of the elevator that day, we were told it was still out of order. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor of a notably large building...at least 500-600 units. There is ONE elevator for the entire building and TWO stairwells on the far end of each side. Only one stairwell is accessible from the outside. Needless to say, moving the items out of the unit without an elevator would've required assistance of at least two other able-bodied people, which was not possible. Although we contacted management, sure enough, we were charged for the entire amount as of May 2. A classic example of a business causing their customer to suffer from what is their--and only their--mistake.
