I've never experienced treatment this unprofessional from any business. When I recognized that Frank in service was too frazzled to handle the call, I politely said I'd reach out another time. He then called me back--unprompted--just to swear at me repeatedly and end the call with "F*** you." What's worse is that upper management has not responded to any of my emails. The silence suggests that this behavior is either ignored or tolerated, which is extremely concerning. Tough to even consider buying another Lincoln when this is the only Lincoln service department within 45 minutes away. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Pacifico Ford. Although we no longer live in the Broomall area, we were in town briefly and brought our son's vehicle in for service, as we had originally purchased the car from Pacifico Ford and expected to be able to have it looked at there. We were informed that the vehicle could not be serviced because it had not been serviced at the dealership for more than 10 years. Unfortunately, we only learned this after we had already rented a car in preparation for the appointment, which resulted in unnecessary expense and inconvenience. Afterward, we contacted Springfield Ford and spoke with Kim, who coordinates service appointments. She was professional, kind, and extremely helpful, and explained that Springfield Ford does not have this policy and would be happy to assist us. Her communication and customer service were outstanding. Because of this experience, we will not be returning to Pacifico Ford for future vehicle purchases or service. I went in today for a simple oil change, I came in at 2:30. I believe the place does close at 4:30 the man behind the desk look pretty bored as I walked in. He asked me if I was here to pick up and so I joked with him and said sure you have a car for me? I said I was joking, anyway he said what are you here for and I said for service to my car ,and he said at this time.? I didn't answer him on that .. I thought that was kind of rude. Actually he asked me that ,and he said what kind of service ?and I said an oil change please .and then he looked at his computer for a little bit. Then he turned me and said I'm sorry, but we do not have any mechanics or technicians around right now He said nobody is working right now .. Terrible experience and would never recommend them. My car is a brand new 2024 Corsair with severe ratting issues and front dash speaker issues and no reception, in a metro area. The Service Department has repeatedly tried to address the issues and yet same issues still come back with new ones. I have begged them to take it back and put me in any other car but a Lincoln. It is possible, but for 17k. With 2400 miles on it, basically brand new car, I have to pay 17k which is blatantly a statement of what the value of this car is, IMMEDIATE DEPRICIATION. Purchased a certified pre-owned 2020 Ford Transit Connect, less than 1 month ago, from Pacifico Marple Ford. My sales rep was Alex Morrissey, who was very professional and had provided good service at the time of my now regrettable purchase. Granted, he couldn't have foresaw that this vehicle would soon try to kill me. What happened is this: The van abruptly stalled-out and completely lost power at 70 mph, on the highway, coming home late night from a family visit in NJ. Was able to white knuckle the wheel and "coast" it over to the right lanes, before ultimately pushing it onto to the shoulder and out of harms way. The van could not be re-started and had to be towed back to my residence in PA. Total bummer, but okay, at least the vehicle came with Ford's "Blue Advantage" warranty, which includes roadside assistance, so no worries, right? WRONG! See, there's usually a "fine print" with any warranty, and Ford's Blue Advantage warranty's states that Ford will only honor distances of up to 15 miles, lol! So, I was on the hook for the majority of the hefty towing charge back to my residence in PA. So how could this breakdown have occurred? I mean, I was assured that this van had passed Pacifico Marple Ford's vigorous 139-point inspection, performed on every vehicle sold under Ford's Blue Advantage Warranty program. In order for this riddle to be solved, arrangements had to be made to get the vehicle back to Pacifico Marple Ford. Surely, Ford Roadside Assistance would cover the 13 mile tow back to Pacifico Marple Ford, right? WRONG. AGAIN! Turns out, I had to pay an additional $105, before Ford would agree to tow the vehicle back to the dealer. I'm not even sure why, as Pacifico Marple Ford is only 13 miles from my home! But I paid, again, being that each day without the van is another day of lost wages. This is my true experience and I will update as events unfold. Want to book a service appointment for our 2010 Ford Fusion. Not critical to story, but local repair shop diagnosed a failure that Ford had an extended warranty on and suggested I go to them. Nice! Called, spoke to the service scheduler. They won't service any vehicle over 10 years old that they have not serviced before. Told it was their owners policy (Joe David Pacifico). Flabbergasted. Called Ford corporate and they said they have no control over their dealers. (BS) Last Ford I will ever buy, and will actively speak against the brand and this company in particular. Not a great experience this time. Brought C-Max in for inspection. Took 2.5 hours and was told half way through I needed an oil change due to the low mileage of my 2 year old vehicle. I had a synthetic oil change at 4,000 and the current mileage is around 9,000. I considered it, but $90 plus was enough to decide not to do it. It's not the $$$ amount, but a low ole age care does not need two oil changes in 9,000 miles. I leased the car there, but will not be returning for another lease. After having my car for entire day they called and said they would need another two days to complete it. Also quoted me for an outrageous amount. Had issues each time I went there for service. They love to schedule you with an appointment and then they say, " we are gonna need the car all day". The last time I went, I needed them to fix the frozen passenger side lock, and the service writer was standoffish, no offer to get ride back or shuttle. I said," I have an 8 am appointment so I am going to wait for the locks to get fixed" he said " Ah we need the car all day" I said if that's the case, can you check for a throaty noise when it starts" He said no we are not doing any diagnostics you can bring it back some other time". I recently received a recall notice from Ford on my car and when I reach out for assistance the part was back ordered. I needed my car repaired ASAP for a trip so my Adviser Tony and the Service Manager Xavier work together with Ford to have my part expedited and I am happy to say I am making my trip. It would of been to easy to tell me that it was out of there hands and move on but rather they step up and totally exceed my expectations. Do not trust their diagnostics, second guess them. I brought a car in for squealing brakes and they came back with a repair bill for a completely unrelated matter. I asked them if they were sure and trusted the employee. The bill was $1800. When I got my car back, the brakes still squealed. When I called to ask them to fix it properly, they told me I'd have to wait a week before they could fit me in! Unacceptable, especially because I need the car ready sooner than that. read more

I went to Pacifico because of their good reviews. I found a beautiful car with a little less than 200,000 mils on it. It was agreed that my mechanic would be able to look at it with the understanding that if it was as nice as it looked I would purchase. I got a more than fair price on my trade in. My phone calls and questions were answered promptly. After my 2nd test drive I found out there was a minor problem with the tailgate. I was told it would be fixed then off to the my mechanic for an inspection. The following morning my salesman called asking when we could finish the transaction. I asked about the tailgate, and because he wasn't in the night before he went to check on it. He returned to the phone and told me the repair would not be done because of the expense. I asked to take the cost of the expense off the price. He checked with his manager and upon returning to the call, he let me know the car was sold. This is for sales only not service or parts. I admit I get a two year itch on cars and probably should lease but the extra insurance is a killer and I find buying to be better. (My husband has run the numbers multiple times). So after two years with my CTS I decided to look at used Lincoln MKZs only AWD with a 6cyl engine in limited color combinations. Not the biggest selection so I couldn't really be too picky about the dealership. Marple Ford Lincoln had one that fit my criteria. Now having grown up in Broomall my entire life and my husband having lived there for 10 years as well, we did NOT have a good impression of Pacifico Marple Ford based on years of meh feedback from friends, family and neighbors so we were not optimistic when we went to test drive. Now between the two of us we've purchased eight cars in 4 years (for us and family). We both agree that this was the easiest, most painless transaction and one of the best deals we got. We were met by Matt Segal on the lot. He's a really nice guy and we'd say a little quirky for a car salesman as he is mellow no pressure and actually listens to you and your wants. We drove the car and there were a couple of things we noticed (a small rattle, a rear bumper slightly off alignment and a paint ding on the door). Matt got the sales manager out to look at the car (without us asking and unbeknownst to us) and brought us out. They both said not a problem all would be addressed before we picked up the car...and they were! Now to negotiate. Painless. We knew what we wanted to pay and what we wanted for our trade. We got to agreement within $500 in a matter of 20 minutes without gnashing of teeth or threats of walking out. To boot Matt told us about 1.90% 72 month Lincoln Financing which saved us far more than he $500 difference. Picking up the car was simple and painless. All that was promised to be done was. And signing the paperwork was so fast. The best and I'm still shocked by this...the finance guy did not try to upsell us on any additional protection plans. We're still shocked by this. In and out in 40 minutes and more of that was the time to synchronize the phone. Can't say enough good things and thank you for dispelling the bad reputation you have in our circles. I took my vehicle to Marple Ford b/c of noise coming from my steering wheel. Marple claimed that I needed new struts, and it would cost me $600. I opted to get a 2nd opinion at Pep Boys, and for $25 I got my car fixed. Pep Boys said the struts were not in need of replacing, and replaced links instead. Yesterday I took my husband's car in for a recall. Marple alerted me that his break line was warped and that his power steering is leaking. They quoted me $1,000 to replace both. I opted to try Wynnewood auto for a 2nd opinion, and for $12.72 Wynnewood tightened something in the steering column, stating that the power steering was not in need of replacement and that the break line is coated and absolutely not warped. I will never go to Marple Ford again, as they seem to "make up" issues to line their pockets. read more

Didnt like the vibe of the place as soon as i walked in the door. We dealt mostly with the salesman kevin, he was nice but you got this sort of cheap car salesman vibe from him and he was pretty pushy. I wanted the car to be taken to my mechanic and they said they had to drive it there and back, where every other dealership i went to let me take the car myself. So i found that to be shady. After my mechanic inspected it he noticed the paint was messed up on the front bumper and that the car had obviously been in a fender bender. i told kevin about this and immediately he shot down any type of remediation for it with "oh no no im not painting any bumper and wont change the price" and went on to say him and 2 other guys jsut went and looked at the car and couldnt find what my mechanic was talking about. last, after finding a way better deal on a newer car(their cars seemed too pricey for what they were) i decided not to go with pacifico. when i called kevin to let him know he legit HUNG UP ON ME!!! like really? what terrible service! after about 10 minutes he called and left a voicemail saying, "oh we must have gotten disconnected." I do not reccommend going to pacifico! Go to John Kennedy Subaru or any John Kennedy dealerships in Conshohocken, you'll be happy you did. read more

This review is for the service center only. I have no experience with the dealership side of the business. My vehicle dash kept telling me to "Service Brake System," and a few times the brakes got really jumpy while driving. I took it to my regular mechanic who insisted there was nothing wrong. Um....respectfully disagree, since brakes aren't supposed to do that. I put off taking it elsewhere though, because this happened to my car once before and it cost me $2500 to get it fixed....something I wasn't looking forward to spending again. When the jumpy thing happened at 60 mph while merging onto 95, I decided enough was enough and it was time to go to a Ford-specific service center for a look. When I called the make the appointment, the woman I talked to was very pleasant. She offered me an appointment 3 days later - that worked for me, since I don't drive my car that often anyway. As soon as she heard that I was having brake issues though, she asked me to drop it off that night so they could take a look the next day, and said that she didn't want me to be driving around with bad brakes. I was actually touched that she was that thoughtful and seemed to actually care about my safety. I dropped it off that night. The next day at 8:30am I got a call from a gentleman there (I can't remember his name - sorry!) and he fully outlined exactly what the issue was. He didn't just say "you need new..." he told me what was broken why it was triggering the warning on my dash, as well as how they would fix it. Only the left side was fully broken, but the right side was rusted. By that point they had gained my trust so when he suggested just replacing both sides at the same time to save on labor costs, I agreed. They also replaced the air filter while it was there. He called me a few hours later and said it was ready for pick up. The price was a very reasonable $500. Everyone I encountered there was friendly, professional, and helpful in a way that made me truly trust them with my vehicle AND my wallet. I will absolutely be bringing my car here for all service moving forward, and when the time comes to replace my vehicle, I'll try shopping here as well. read more

The waiting room is immaculate, with free wifi, Keurig coffee, cold water bottles, Danishes, comfortable chairs, big screen TV, and even a mini business center with power and desks. The service itself is fast, clean, and professional. Both times I have visited, they met my time requirements. And the staff had a real "get it done" attitude, in the best way possible. I have dealt with poor service at a Nissan dealer before, and this was the polar opposite. If this continues, I can't imagine ever going anywhere else. read more

The last review is 2012, so maybe things are a little better now and maybe other divisions aren't good as the one I experience, getting a lease for my new Ford Focus. I came in and experience Kevin, who walked me through everything, as it was my first lease ever. They explain everything, how much it would cost, not hiding all the little extras stuff I would have to pay every month. Because I was between jobs, Kevin warned me I might not get approved, but I was because of my good credit. In addition, the car came with Bluetooth so my cell phone was set up to link the car. Given that it was a painless and pleasant experience on lease, I give this a 4 stars. read more

I've been a customer for years at Pacifico. My service advisor was Reggie. I've never had an issue with him and he would always book my appointments and had all my concerns taken care of. Recently I couldn't get ahold of him and found out that Reggie no longer works at Pacifico. I was passed off to a inexperienced person who didn't know his left hand from the right one. I asked to be squeezed into the schedule for an oil change. It was 10:30 on a Friday. I pleaded with the guy. His response, "come tomorrow and we maybe able to get your car done." Oh gee, thanks. I've done business with them for 10 years. Loyalty doesn't matter. Let alone informing me that my service advisor no longer works there. I used to drive there from Plymouth Meeting. I now switched to a closer dealership and so far so go. I don't know about you, but I'm done with doing business with companies that are not loyal to their customers. Update..... Steve the service manager called and apologized for the miscommunication. He welcomed me back to their location. I will give them another shot as I've never had bad service from them. I truly regret purchasing my car from them. They sold me a car with bad brakes. Salesman said that new brakes were installed but they didn't even last 8000 miles. Their service department tried to tell me that this was normal. Car had 16000 miles on it when I purchased it. Rear brakes should last longer than 8000 miles. Also I made the mistake of purchasing the service plan. The salesman that suckered my into buying it sold me on the fact that damaged rims are included. About a year later I hit a pothole and damaged the rim. I brought it in to make use of the service plan and low and behold, rims aren't covered under it. These guys are crooks and liars and I will never purchase another ford as long as I live. I've been driving nothing but ford for the past 23 years. Never again! read more
