Even though they didn't have my specific tire size in stock, they immediately ordered it and managed to get it to their shop in less than 12 hours! Being stuck in a small town unexpectedly is never fun, but they were so understanding of my situation. They truly made me a priority to ensure I could get back on the road as quickly as possible. To make a stressful situation so much better, they gave me excellent local recommendations for places to stay, eat, and keep entertained while I waited. From start to finish, they were professional, compassionate, and honestly some of the kindest humans I've met on the road. It's down the street from the Pilot truck stop and Loves truck stop. The lady over the phone was and pleasant. She told us cash only for the gas cap, so I'm not sure if that is with every person, but I do know that was told to us. It's not hard to find, if your driving away from Pilot and the freeway it's not too far and it will be on your right hand side. There construction going on the road. We pulled up the guy looked around for a gas cap that fits our box truck but no luck, even though the lady said that did. The guy gave us a temp gas cap which was very nice of him, he actually gave us two of them just in case. The experience was cool, we took our cap and set off into the wind.

I was driving a 26 foot U-Haul with my mother-in-laws furniture and belongings down I-25 in New…read moreMexico when, at dusk, I suddenly noticed road debris across both lanes of the highway. Unfortunately, someone had dumped a few railroad ties on the road, and I was unable to avoid them. My left front tire was shredded and the rim badly bent, but I was able to get the truck off the side of the road on the shoulder. A minute later, a NM state trooper showed up, got the junk off the road, and came up. He had responded to a report of road debris, but obviously, too late to help me. I called the U-Haul emergency line (excellent job by them as well), and they dispatched Tow Broz. Being in New Mexico, there are long distances to cover, but Dominic Trujillo showed up at the ETA he'd given and went right to work. In less than an hour, he had removed and replaced the damaged tire and rim, and being extra careful, retorqued all the wheels. He clearly knew what he was doing, was professional, courteous, and competent. Put simply, he did an outstanding job, and I give him my unqualified, 5 star recommendation.
