My husband and I both bring our vehicles there for maintenance until what happened on 8/2. Howard Witherspoon who is supposed to be the "manager" took a scheduled oil change for 3pm he called at 3:49pm to let us know it was done. We told him we were on our way. We have 3 kids to get together and get ready to go get the other vehicle back. Howard called back at 3:58 and said "hey just so you know we close at 4pm" my husband told him we were already on our way. We arrived at 4:06 the door was locked and not a single employee was in sight. They kept the keys to our vehicle and left us without our company truck, and my husband had to lose time at work to go sort this out the next day. We were left without access to a vehicle we use on the daily and still needed for the rest of the evening. When he got their Monday am he was told that they don't wait for anyone and he stayed till 4:05 and that he didn't care because his shift was over. Still charged us over $120 for our oil change and told my husband he was never allowed back in. Also to add they got oil all over the front of the truck. Not only did they lose two customers and vehicles we brought there on the regular, but the lack of compassion and professionalism is beyond me. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from here.

If you go for a ball joint, they will sell you control arms. They will say, it will be impossible to do the job without the upgrade. When I returned to pickup the RV, THEY HAD CHANGED ALL SIX TIRES, tell me they were bald! I checked them just last night to make sure there was enough tread on them. They were only halfway used. Then they said " they found a nest in the air filter"? That they had to change out and replace the clamp closer? Long story short (I'm a 71 year old woman). I didn't think in this day and age, we would still have to deal with men like these guys!!! No I would NOT recommend Sullivan tire in bow New Hampshire to any female do not go there.
