I bought a brand new Breitling Navitimer Chronograph B01 and I mistakingly took it to another watch repair shop to adjust the band, which is the complex 7-link professional bracelet with alternating brushed and polished links. The first watchmaker was in way over his head in accepting this job and he ended up completely disentangling it - he misplaced links out of sequence and scratched the steel which affected its cosmetic outcome and, more importantly, affected its function, limiting its ability to properly flex at the joints. Kevork had a look at the piece, disassembled the band completely and like solving a puzzle, he undid the prior mistakes and restored it back to its factory specifications. I got my watch battery changed in my watch here. 3 days later the screws began backing out so I did not wear my watch until I had time to bring it to him. I put screws from a repair kit in it temporarily so it would not fall completely apart. I came to ask him if he could tell me where to get screws or at least help me since this wasn't my fault. He argued that it's not his fault even though he was the only one that touched the screws to remove the battery. So since he started an argument I refused to even reason with him. He was rude in front of my family and made a huge scene in the mall. His main arguments were that: 1) He does hundreds of batteries and has never heard of this happening. 2) he said I could be bringing him a different watch. 3)just because he unscrews the screws and puts them back that there's no way he could have left them loose. I wouldn't recommend this place. I approached him reasonably and respectfully and he called me some kind of liar for trying to find replacement screws for my expensive watch that he didn't reassemble correctly. Great Jeweler! Took my girlfriend to get her ring fixed and have a new stone and head put on it. We shopped around the mall and a couple shops to find a jeweler that could get it done same day, not send it out to be repaired, with good service and pricing. Quick Laser Fix was the one who got our business. Kevork was the gentleman who helped us. He did an amazing job on the ring and was honest and even matched the price another shop gave us for a silver head, but gave us a gold one saying he would never set a diamond in silver because it bends too easily and wouldn't risk losing the stone.
