The truth is far from what you described here. Initially you charged me $45 to fix the link. You did not fix my bracelet, you made it unwearable. I believe your soldering made my bracelet too short. Whatever you said tried to cover it up, I don't buy it. I told you whatever you said is not true. But I never said the word "liar". That is the word you used for yourself. you shouted " You are calling me a liar?! You are a liar" . You threaten to call sheriff. I would have stayed wait for you to call the sheriff if I did not have to pick someone up and drive to Orange County that day. It saddens me that I have to take my stars down to 3 from 5:( I went in to get my ring cleaned yesterday. It had been months since I stopped by. The last time I was there, my husband ( fiancé at the time) decided not to go with a wedding band from Apo ( owner). I think the ring was about $800, but my husband found it to be too plain or just not what he wanted, so he returned it next day. App said it was totally fine and he took it back. However, I kept my $7,000 custom ring that I am still very happy with. But I feel like because my husband perhaps didn't want that $800 ring, Apo said the hell with us. Which I find to be completely silly, considering my ring was waaaay more and I kept it and gave rave reviews. Not to mention we will have plenty anniversaries and other needs for jewelry. My mother is also moving to Santa Clarita, and is a diamond jewelry collector. When I went in yesterday, Apo quickly went to the back to avoid me. The other gentleman cleaned my ring. Then Apo came out and did not make eye contact with me. I had to force him to speak to me. Not a good feeling for a customer who's husband just spent $7000 in there less than a year ago. I had to cut off my wedding band earlier this year, the ring kept shrinking! Or, wait, was my ring finger getting fatter - one of the two...! Anyway, I needed to get the ring resized and repaired. But I kept putting off the repair, that is, right up until I absolutely needed it done! And my wife and I wanted the ring to retain the same pattern as hers, since they are a matching set. When I dropped off the ring, both Jose and Ryan were friendly and helpful, got the jeweler involved and quoted me a week turnaround even during their busy sale week, and at a reasonable price. Then I ended up buying myself a little ring because they were having a great sale and Ryan helped me out again . He was so patient with me while I was being indecisive haha. These guys are fantastic! Went to the Mall to have a small stone replaced in my wife's ring. At Daniel's Jewelry the woman barely looked at it, handed it back and quoted me several hundred dollars. Bummed out I didn't bother with the other Mall centered shops for fear of the same. Remembering I had a ring sized a couple of years prior at Classic Designs I stopped by. They replaced the stone and got the ring back to me a day earlier than promised FOR AROUND 1/3 THE PRICE OF THE MALL EXTORTIONIST! The owner accommodated a time which was wonderful but would not entertain selling 1-1.5 carat quality diamonds. Sometimes custom jewelry comes with a custom cost instead of customer satisfaction. My fiancé has been going to Apo and his staff for a number of years and has now introduced me to his wonderful store. Apo and his staff provide wonderful customer service whether you are purchasing a diamond necklace or a sterling silver ring. Apo worked with my fiancé on my beautiful engagement ring, the result of which is a gorgeous ring that is one of a kind. I am continually receiving compliments on the ring. Most recently I attended Apo's store sale and what a great event! My fiancé treated me to a beautiful diamond and pink sapphire necklace which matches my engagement ring nicely. They were so accommodating during the sale swapping out the white gold chain for one that was 2 inches longer because I liked the way it fell on my neck better. This is not your typical run of the mill jewelry store. They have some very distinct pieces to select from; all at very reasonable pricing. In response to the gentleman who indicated he could purchase a stone via the Internet for a cheaper price..... I find that to be somewhat comical. While i don't mind purchasing costume jewelry using a website, I would be hard pressed to purchase a diamond over the Internet. Not more than a year later it had broken 3 times. Another jeweler had attempted to fix the breaks but the workmanship was very poor and I was never happy with it. After the 3rd break I gave up on having it repaired and it just sat for a year. Then my sister told me about the jeweler she uses. He's repaired, designed and even recreated jewelry for her. I came here to get my engagement ring cleaned as well as get 2 micro pave diamonds replaced that had fallen out. After confirming that my ring would be repaired with no issue, I waited for a call for pick up. When I came in to pick up, I glanced down and noticed that the ring wasn't cleaned and that the area that the pave diamond was replaced looked HORRIBLE. They went back to "clean" it and see if it would help and it didn't. They basically said it would never be able to be repaired properly due to the design (which isn't true because I've gotten it fixed before in other areas with no problem) and that the reason it won't be able to be properly repaired is because of their shoddy work on it!!! Needless to say they didn't charge me, which I'm thankful for, but my engagement ring looks horrid and it makes me sad that I won't be able to hand it down to my daughter in the future.
