I got my engagement ring re-sized here. My ring was a size 7 and Rowland Jewelers sized me as a 5.5. I thought that was a pretty drastic difference and was afraid my finger would look like a sausage in a 5.5 ring. I expressed my concern and asked if maybe I could just go with a size 6. They told me that a 6 would probably be too big, especially in the winter when your fingers contract due to the cold. I was still a little scared to go all the way down to a 5.5. They listened to my concerns and suggested a 5.75, which I opted for. I love how it fits now! I'm so glad they worked with me to get the right size. They are so nice and accommodating here! I had called asking if they could replace a small opal that I had lost from my untraditional engagement ring. They said they could do it but they couldn't provide a quote without seeing the ring first considering that opals can vary greatly in color and price, which I found perfectly understandable.
