Carmen helped us along every step of the way, from educating us on our options to constantly keeping us informed on the status of the ring. With her help, we ended up creating a new customized ring so my mom was able to get an amazing facelift on her original ring (we ended up choosing a new band) while keeping all of the original diamonds (plus adding a few extra ones). I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking to bring their design to life or create a unique piece of jewelry.

Then we met Phu, and the experience was completely different. He took the time to understand exactly what I wanted instead of pushing a sale. I was looking for an icy, bright, premium-looking diamond with exceptional sparkle, and that's exactly what he helped me find. What impressed me most is that he focused on how the diamond actually performs, not just what the grading report says. He carefully selected a stone with incredible brightness, crisp sparkle, and just the right amount of fire. In everyday lighting, it looks clean, lively, and elegant everything I was hoping for. Six months later, I still catch myself staring at my ring. It sparkles beautifully in different lighting conditions and has exceeded all of my expectations.
