Very rude and condescending. They definitely judge and brush you off. I asked for something very simple a solitaire setting and they said I had to email and send pictures even though I had my diamond and gold on me. They said they didn't do that they would email me a quote they don't give quotes in person. So I went across the street to Bonita jeweler and he was able to do it in a week. read more

Many years ago I brought my wedding set to this jeweler to solder it together. They did a horrible job. It wasn't lined up at all, and I think they did it out of spite, because I wanted to get it back very quickly. I would never go here again. I had to take it to another place to have it fixed. I came in with an anniversary band that was way too big on my finger. Kiet and his wife were so kind and welcoming. He measured my finger and told me he wasn't comfortable sizing the ring from a 7 to a 4 because the way the band would bend would cause the diamonds to pop out. I was really impressed with his honesty. I know if I took it to chain jewelry stores, I would've been told it was no problem and they would've just taken my money. I once worked at one such store and I know this firsthand. I ended up having it sized for a different finger and he made sure to tighten all the prongs so there wouldn't be an issue. The price was pretty good considering all the work that went into it. The store itself has so many beautiful pieces that I will definitely come back and buy something for myself. read more

My fiance kept taking me to different jewelry shops at the mall prior to proposing to get an idea of what I liked. Being that my grandfather was a jeweler when he was alive I'm not a fan of typical cookie cutter pieces and my honey wanted me to have something I would love. So a friend from church directed us here. We came Keit asked me questions. I told him what I liked and didn't like and then he created a beautiful engagement ring that SURPASSED my expectations. The prongs holding the center stone each have a diamond!! That is some serious craftsmanship people!! Take my word for it!! INCREDIBLY METICULOUS DETAIL!! Keit and my now fiance asked me if I wanted to come look at the design or the piece once it was made and I said NO. For some reason they continue to delete my review. This is the third time I have had to post my review. Which leads me to believe the other reviews are false. This is a horrible establishment with horrible customer service. I brought in a one of a kind hand crafted piece that I had made and simply asked if they could access the quality (specific karat weight) of my custom bullion grade (.9999) piece. After looking at my piece the jeweler asked if the piece was mine four times. Implying that I acquired the piece through nefarious means. I work very hard for my money and lifestyle, and I am quite blessed and fortunate to be in the position that I am in. Comments or assumptions like these are distasteful, and rooted in prejudice or envy. Ironically, the jeweler told me that they don't have the costly XRF scanner (needed to asses the purity of gold without damaging the gold) in the store. I went to an authorized gold coin/bullion dealer to asses my piece. I'm this store, metal karat weight is too low and diamond/stone grade is too low in store for purchasing, might as well be costume jewelry. read more

The inside is beautiful. All hand carved wood done by the jewelry designer/owner. His jewelry is beautiful too. I took my husband's necklace and bracelet in to be repaired and cleaned. They did a great job and the price was very fair. We will be back for sure read more

Change 2 battery watches for $14 and adjusted wrist watch for $5, all that plus tax. They took less than 10 minutes to do all that.

I brought my enagement ring and wedding ring here over the weekend to be sautered together, redipped, and cleaned. I just picked it up last night and it looks GORGEOUS! They did an amazing job. And when I picked it up I had my son with me and he told my son to go and pick out a toy from this giant toy chest they had there. He also told me to bring it back every 6 months or so for a cleaning for free. Also checked my prongs to make sure those were ok too. The customer service and the work were fantastic. Had my wife's battery replaced in her Omega watch, took 10 minutes and for under $8.00! Customer service was awesome and they are very honest and fair. He showed me the Maxell battery they used and explained how other places use cheaper, no name brands which eventually leak battery acids into the watch.
