Dr.Diboot and staff did an amazing job proving care for my dog. She is very realistic with her approach to needs of an aging dog

This wasn't necessary because my dog isn't even a patient at this vet but they chose to try and help in any way that they could. I really appreciate them taking the time to advise me on my corn cob conundrum. It speaks to the care and compassion they have ever for pets who aren't their normal patients

***WARNING*** Please if you have pets that go to Muddy…read moreCreek PLEASE consider going somewhere else. Muddy Creek, specifically Dr. Leibert, misdiagnosed and mistreated my little Maxwell. You are just a number there and the care is not there. Dr. Leibert couldn't figure out that Maxwell had pneumonia even though he had the blood work, X-rays, and every symptom that SHOWED he had it. Yet, hundreds and hundreds of dollars spent for Muddy Creek to be perplexed on what was wrong with him and be told there is nothing more they could do you'll have to make an appt with internal medicine. I know this because we got a second opinion and the vet knew right away after looking at Muddy Creeks records, blood work and xrays and symptoms that he had pneumonia. Unfortunately, likely due to the poor care at Muddy Creek Maxwell passed away May 4th. I write to you all not to be vindictive but to provide insight and my experience with Muddy Creek and to prevent another family and animal from going through what my family.

We used to take our very elderly cat Skeezix there, when she was still with us…read more She had kidney problems, liver problems and thyroid problems, and a heart murmur. Basically, she was a sweet but feisty bag of fur. We started boarding her during our vacations when she got to where she couldn't afford to miss her meds (she wouldn't always allow the cat sitters to catch her). The first think I noticed walking up to the cat boarding area was the total lack of cat smell. It was super-clean, and the cats there all looked well cared-for and reasonably content. They have different kennels for active kitties (more room, more stuff to climb on), and for special needs kitties (enough room, but all on one level). They took such great care of her. The her out to play daily, and let her sit in a special window box so she could watch birds (heck, you can rent a tv for your cat and let it watch videos if you want), and one tech in particular would always try lots of different treats to see what they could get her to eat - and would give us a list of what she liked. I highly recommend the place - even if your cat doesn't need medical care, it's a great facility.

My parents had to find a kennel for their cat at the last minute. The Cat Tails Inn took their cat…read morein and she enjoyed her time there. Some of the staff took her for walks in a small garden with a leash my parents provided. When they picked her up after their emergency trip they heard about the wonderful time that their cat had while staying at the inn. Several years later, my husband and I adopted a cat with some health problems. We recently had to travel and knew we couldn't find anyone to care for out cat for an entire week, so we arranged for him to stay at the Cat Tail Inn. We were initially afraid of leaving him at the inn as we'd never kennelled him before, but that staff assured us he'd be well taken care of and that they'd call us if they needed us. Upon embarking on our return-trip we were informed that one of our flights would be delayed, so I called the Inn to tell the staff my mother would be coming to pick up our cat a day early. The staff I spoke to said they had enjoyed caring for our cat and gushed at how well behaved he had been. The staff person I spoke to said that our cat's primary care provider would really miss our cat as she enjoyed patting, holding, and playing with him. When we arrived at my mother's house to pick up our cat we were happily reunited with a very relaxed and happy cat. I know that he was relaxed and happy as a result of the wonderful and thoughtful care he received at the Cat Tail Inn at Muddy Creek.
