After the April 21, 2017, hail storm which damaged virtually all of the homes at Whitley Place, I contacted our insurer, USAA (San Antonio). USAA sent an inspector to determine the extent of the damage. The inspector recommended Rowley Roofing & Construction as a possible company to do the roofing repair and fixing the collateral damage. I subsequently contracted with Rowley Roofing, Colson Rowley (the owner), who is a former US Marine and a USAA member himself, twice visited with me on site, and his project managers, Dana Gregory and Lisa Day, were polite and meticulous at keeping me briefed as to all steps along the way, by personal contact, email, and telephone. One of our friends had referred Daniel Santana (ph: 214.407.1518) to us after Apr-May 2017 hailstorms. Daniel, Rowley Roofing & Construction, did a very good job in getting our 7yr old hail damaged roof replaced. He kept us informed at every stage while he and his team interacted with the insurance provider to have our claim settled at no cost to us. Daniel also helped us in chosing "Moire Black" shade for the 30yr new roof, which we like a lot. Thanks to Daniel for going extra mile to have an ugly looking, a few feet of water marking removed on our front wall by power washing. They are doing a complete facelift on the exterior of my home and just completed the rebuild on my water damaged chimney yesterday since they knew the rain was approaching today. If you need help please call them as they are meticulous in their work and have done a fabulous job on my home in checking the new shingles, installing new gutters, exterior paint, new garage door, screens, masonry repair, sealing of windows, new board on board Cedar fencing, & rebuilding of the chimney and garden window. Dana was able to give me a rough quote on my project immediately based on my description. The next day he came out to review the structure and what it needed. The quote he provided was very lose to the actual cost. He was able to schedule my project the next day and get the gutters installed.
