Ordered last Sunday using Door Dash. I did not receive my 2 orders of pretzels and the 4 smoothies that I ordered is wrong. I ask the Dasher she said the staff from Roxberry did not give it to her. Let's dig in! Mango mango classic with a shot of vitamin c was just over $8.00. This smoothie is passionfruit mango blended with pineapple sorbet- I'm upset that I tried this because I don't live in Utah, and will forever more be sad we do not have this in Alabama. We got to the store at 8:52. Even though they didn't close till 9:00, the person running the drive thru said he decided to close at 8:45 today. We went to leave but there was a car being served. They sat there until after 9:00 waiting for their food. Why were they served but I wasn't? So not only did we not get food but we were trapped in the drive thru. We went through their drive-thru and it was fast and easy! My husband got the Tropical Twist and he enjoyed it; has a big citrus taste to it. I got the Piña Colada and it was exactly what I was hoping for! If you are a texture person at all and don't like little chunks of things in your drinks; there are pieces of coconut flakes/pineapple in this drink. I love that they have a drive thru. I can just stop by with all my kids in the car and it's not a hassle. I decided I needed a refreshing treat after taking the kids to the butterfly biosphere at Thanksgiving Point. This Caribbean Cooler Smoothie did not disappoint. **their granola is certified Gluten Free** last I checked, they use Udi's Brand. This is my go-to for healthy smoothie bowls and smoothies! In my opinion, Roxberry's products are tastier than Jamba and offer a wider variety of flavors. My favorite bowls are the Peanut Butter Crunch Bowl and the PB Power Bowl. I love Roxberry but for some reason this location is just not consistent with the other franchises. I have regular orders so I know what to expect when it comes to flavor. For some reason not only does the line here seem to take longer but the flavors are always off. My most recent visit I ordered a pina colada and all I could taste was pineapple juice. we really love the peanut butter blast smoothie here. Very flavorful. However, smoothies on a consistent basis here are chunky and not as well blended as Jamba Juice . We came here on Saturday before our basketball game and ordered 2 smoothies. Only three cars in line and over 20 minute wait. We were late for our game. Now, Utah is full of overpriced sodas but we still have our fair share of other overpriced drinks. This would be an example of just that. It was about $8 for a small smoothie on their menu. It tasted sour and was nothing as good as even Jamba Juice. It was also chunky, which I was not a fan of. I really want to understand the hype and agree with it...but I don't. I go to the Roxberry often. They have the nicest employees. The girls are so nice. My only problem is the time. Sometimes they are super fast and there have been times that I have waited 15 minutes. So incredibly slow. I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged. It wasn't very busy, but nobody looked at me or spoke to me. The girl in drive-thru kept stepping in front of me to use the indoor card machine, but still didn't say anything or even gake my order. I stood there for 20 mins with nobody in front of me. We went through drive thru and no one else was ahead of us and it took 15 minutes to get our 4 smoothies. Maddy was one of the workers along with one other who was there. They both were moving very slow making the order. We will never be back this was a waste of time and the result was nothing worth waiting for. read more

8-17 we are currently waiting in line and have been since 8:10 for two smoothies. The owner has staffed their location with one employee to try and save on payroll while making us wait for over 30 mins to get two smoothies through a drive through. Very poor business management to save $9-11 an hour for 2-3 hours. It's not fair to the employee either because customers will be upset and it falls on the owner and management. read more

Açaí bowls are one of my favorite foods, and I think Roxberry has some of the best in Lehi. The flavor was really good, with a smooth texture, and a beautiful array of fruit toppings (bananas, etc...). The granola topping was really good as well, but a little too sweet for my taste!
