The decor of this location is very retro and hip-check out those red faux leather chairs. The customer service is top-notch. I was immediately greeted upon arrival, and the girl at the counter gave me a few recommendations-one of which I tried and liked (something peachy). My only complaint about this location is the parking lot. When you enter off the main street, there are several directions of traffic in the parking lot and it can get confusing. Are used to go to this Roxberry all the time when I was in high school and I just went today for the first time in a long time and I waited in line for about five - ten minutes didn't even have my order taken at the window because they just never got to it then turned around, walked inside, ordered my drink for it to not be fully mixed, and for them to be more distracted playing on their phones, then taking care of the orders. We love the Roxberry location. There are pretty quick in the drive thru and are super friendly. I love the Pina Colada. It has real pieces of coconut. My wife typically goes with the Peanut Butter one and loves it. read more

I seriously was waiting in like for over 30 min (2 cars in front of me) and ordered 2 small smoothies. When I came to the window spent another 10 minutes waiting for the second smoothie cuz it wasn't ready... when it was finally ready I sip on it as I was driving away and the smoothie was sour and didn't have any protein in it. I was ordering this smoothie for over 8 years (iron strong) and know for a fact that it not suppose to taste like sour blended ice with no flavor especially if it's supposed to be with protein. Went inside and theres 4 people working and no customers inside so the wait time totally doesn't make any sense to me especially because I was working in fast food industry for years when I was young. These guys took FOREVER 30-40 minutes in the drive through I only had 3 people ahead of me. And when I got to the window they did not apologize and honestly had terrible customer service. Didn't smile or anything just said the price and happily took my card. Hang on to your credit card! I would highly recommend paying with cash or going inside to use your credit card so you can keep a close eye on it and be sure it is properly returned to you. Had an incident today at this Roxberry where the drive-thru kept my card. It clearly was not an "accident", as they had my phone number associated with my rewards account used that day and did not contact me. I personally watched her write my phone number on the receipt and confirm it with me. To attempt to locate and retrieve my card was an ordeal - which one could use to interpret the intent. They were annoyed when we called, acted like it was an inconvenience to pick it up when we came back and they never thanked us for coming back or apologized for keeping the card. They were actually rude and mean and disrespectful. I had immediately cancelled the card with my bank for security (of course) but wanted the old one back to cut up and will watch for unapproved transactions. read more

Overall I really like Roxberry. Their Original Green smoothie is amazing! I've tried green smoothies from a few of the other smoothie joints in the area and they pale in comparison. My only complaint is the lack of consistency. Some days they make a smoothie that will knock your socks off. Other days their smoothies are watered down and bland. I don't know if it just depends on who's working that day, or if their recipes are more eye-balled than exact proportions.
