This location hires young kids then doesn't train them how to make an açaí bowl. Roxberry is known for açaí bowls why am I getting half filled bowls of açaí or 70% granola and 30% açaí. It's happened 3x in door dash and once in person. read more

I wasn't feeling well, so I had my husband go get me a 16 oz chocolate crave and add banana to it. My hubby comes and brings it up and goes "don't they usually give it to you with a lid?" And I was confused and said "yeah, they do." Well he hands me my smoothie that was given to him with no lid (???) and I asked, "did they say they were out?" and he said "no they didn't say anything. They just handed it to me like that." Then I tried it and it did not taste right. No banana in there whatsoever. I'm giving it 5 stars!!! Why? You ask. Well if they are all like the others, then we are getting a quality product. As I go to these at least twice a week. I've been to the ones in Lehi, Hereiman, South Jordan. And when I go there it is always amazing and I am always happy with the drink and the snacks that I will get. It is so laid back at those place and so relaxing it is amazing. All I can do is hope that they bring all those qualities to this new location. So at this time I'm starting out with this rating, now it is up to the staff who will be employed here, managers, and the owners to keep this rating. So I am going to make a few suggestions to the Roxberry team. As well as I know and you also, that you're going to be slammed when you open, it is new here in town. So with that being said always and I mean always ask the customer how they are doing and welcome them in..... believe me that goes along way. Always smile and put on a happy place. Give them some time before going here. They opened recently and it seems that they don't have enough people and training to keep up. We went on April 4th. My 6 year old daughter was super excited to go because she loves smoothies so I promised her that we would go as soon as we came back from a trip. We got there a little before 6pm. We parked outside and walked in instead of going through the drive-thru so that my daughter could enjoy the experience. For some reason when we parked I could feel the eyes of the lady in the car next to us staring at us. We got out of the car and when I looked over at the lady she immediately warned us that she had been waiting over 30 minutes for their smoothies. I looked in the store and saw 3 teenage girls and one other customer so I thanked her for the warning but decided to go in anyways. I should've listened. We walked in. It took over a minute for someone to acknowledge us and then take our order. There were only two workers. We placed our order and then sat down. It was still a little before 6pm. Time passed by. It looked like they were taking some drive-thru orders as well. Eventually the other customer besides the teenage girls asked about their order. The guy asked the customer to tell them what their order was again. When we heard that everybody in the store just kind of gave each other the "oh boy" look. A group of teenage boys walked in and placed an order. The other customer finally got their order. The guy apologized to the group of teenage girls and asked what their order was too. They told him and he said he would work on it next. The two workers continued taking drive-thru orders and it seemed that they were prioritizing that. Two guys walked in and placed an order. The group of teenage girls finally got their order and when they walked outside they were stopped by a lady who seemed upset. After talking to the girls the lady walked in. She turned out to be the mother of the group of teenage boys. She asked us how long we had been waiting. It was 6:30 so we had been there for more than 30 minutes. She went up to the counter and started talking to the workers pointing out how long everyone had been waiting and that it seemed like they were just prioritizing drive-thru only. At that point the guy asked me what we had ordered and I told him. He said he would work on ours next. He got my daughter's smoothie ready but then told me I'd have to wait because he came up "way short" in making the second smoothie. Another customer walked in but we all warned her about the wait so she turned around and walked out. Eventually we got the 2nd smoothie after being there a total of more than 40 minutes. In the end, my daughter enjoyed the smoothie. No complaints about the product. I felt bad for the employees but I was still put off by their lack of communication or care for the people inside the store. This is a reason why in general I don't like places that ask for a tip before you receive service. This business should really consider just having a tip jar instead of asking at checkout. Bottom line.... wait a bit for them to get their act together. This location is too new and the service is terrible. read more

I just bought 3 -16oz smoothies for my kids and I and this Roxberry in Saratoga Springs took 30 minutes to make them. They were completely melted. No ice. Not sweet. Worst of all it cost me $20. I bought them through the drive through and was pulled out onto the road before I could taste it. I couldn't find their number online because this Roxberry is so new. I hope I'm issued a refund or an apology or something. Pretty disappointing. I'll update this review to let y'all know if they reach out to make it right and will change my rating if they do. Every time I've gone to this location the smoothies have been extremely watery as if they have been blended with very little ice. They always take way too long to make the smoothies and constantly are forgetting what has been ordered. Today I waited in the drive-thru for over 15 minutes and paid for a 24 oz cup of juice. I had to go home and blend it with more ice to make it the consistency of a smoothie. I don't blame the kids who work there - it seems as though they are not receiving proper training and are left to fend for themselves with what seems like zero assistance from a manager or a supervisor. In the 10 times I have visited this location I have always been disappointed. I keep going back in hopes that maybe they have figured it out, but to no avail. read more

We love Roxberry & we're excited to try this new location as it's right by our house! We got two smoothies- an iron strong & a flu fighter. Both were not blended, extremely chunky, to the point where you couldn't even suck it up the straw. The workers were very nice but you could tell they didn't know what they were doing. excited to come here because it's new to saratoga, but unfortunately rating it as this because it took 35 min for 2 smoothies. i'm not trying to be negative, we liked our smoothies, but only having 2 employees working? ridiculous. a manager or more employees should be there. i feel bad for the kids working there, apologizing to each consumer and looking like they aren't having a good time, is not it. i'll give it some time to come again, hopefully it changes! good work on the kids who were working, trying their best! read more
