When I arrived, there were a few cars in line and they were moving pretty slow, but I patiently waited. After a few minutes, awaiting a guy comes out and takes my order before I got to the window, he gave you my total and I paid him with my card. I do have a loyalty customer number which he did not ask for so when I got up to the window, I told the girl that he had forgotten to ask me for a mile loyalty number, so I can receive credit for my purchase. She looked at me and she said it was too late to add it in which, for a fact, I know it was not. I looked at her and I told her I was a new customer and she was not willing to resolve this issue. I would not be coming back to this business. I would patronize their competitor instead she looked at me and she said ok next time I'll make sure you get your loyalty points, I told her I'm interested in getting my loyalty points for this order and today then I asked to speak to a manager. Another young girl came over to be the manager, but was probably just a lead person whatever she was she knew what she was doing.
