$50 to hem a skirt. Not only they are expensive which i did not mind paying since i wanted my dress in 4 days which i asked if it can be done and they said yes. But the day that it was supposed to be done i went in the morning to pick it up it was not ready and they told me i will get a text or email when it is ready in the afternoon. I never received a text or email or call that day so i did not even get my dress on time which i purposely purchased and hem for vacation use. So i took my time to pick it up after they have the audacity to text after saying it is ready to pick it up asap after i called them saying i did not get it on time. I will not be using them again. Very cool and high tech. Love the easy pick up and drop off service in-store experience. This was my first time coming here and they were so welcoming and kind. I got a cute welcome gift and 25% off my first service. I even got another coupon from them to use. However... the wash and fold was not ready the same day or the next day (which I know because they told me when it would be ready when I dropped it off). Also a little on the pricier side. This is the most worse experience that I have ever had for dry cleaning. It is my first time, and it is my last time. My jacket's both wrists didn't clean well. And they damage my zipper surface. Most important!!!! They damaged my jacket hologram label and cut off an information label without telling me. The hologram label is a indicator to whether my jacket is real or not. When I go back to the store and talk to the manager, all they do is try to is not to accept responsibility. I post photos of my jacket before the dry cleaning and after the dry cleaning. My family has been coming to Tres Bon Dry Cleaners for years. We use both their tailoring and dry cleaning services regularly. I dropped off pants to be tailored in October and then noticed in December that the seams from the hem were coming out. Since I don't live in the area and only come home every so often, I wasn't able to bring the pants in for them to be re-fixed until January. Since I had just gotten them hemmed only a few months ago (and these are pants I don't wear often at all), I didn't expect to be charged for them to re-fix the pants. However since too much time has passed since I last picked them up, they are charging me to fix a hem that they initially did and came un-done. The actual cost is not what annoyed me but the fact that my family and I have spent so much money here and they cannot waive a small charge for pants that they hemmed and in a short amount of time came undone. Highly disappointed with this company. Dropped off a couple of shirts to be dry cleaned the first time i went there. They were Very welcoming as i was their first time customer. Upon picking up the shirts and dropping more shirts and suits and jeans , i noticed they hadnt removed a stain on one of the shirts. Luckily, Chris was there and said they would take care of it. When i went to pick up my belongings, i noticed that stain wasnt there yet the shirt was damaged. It s a Zegna tuxedo shirt that cost around $450. And Chris was not there and this lady said he would get in touch with me abt it. And also asked me How old that shirt is? Dont know how this question was even relevant. I received a call few days later which i missed. I called them back few minutes later and i was told to hold on as he was busy with another customer. But he never attended to my phone call nor did he call me back. Its been over a week or 10 days. i went to pick up that Zegna shirt today and all they would give me is excuses for the shirts condition. Extremely Poor management and customer service. read more

Very unprofessional! They're liars!when the service is suppose to be done. They'll say anything to get you in as a customer but then ruin your clothes and treat you unprofessionally once they have your business and put the blame on some young person since they're "new" . had to file a police report complaint because the owners mother was cursing me out and spitting while speaking to me and kicked and threw my dry cleaning on the floor clothes that are worth over 3k. Custom made imported dresses. That Asian lady is a b**** has no manners and damn the mother has the most nastiest attitude. Even knowing it's their fault and the only reason she was giving a nasty attitude because she was getting embarrassed everyone was looking at how unprofessional they are and definitely not true to their words. Dry cleaning was dropped off 2 weeks ago and still wasn't ready after 3 weeks. They're liars about their price no wonder no price is on the wall or anywhere. They make up prices whatever they feel like giving. I gave the same dress the first time I went there price was $13 less then how is that they have some discount going on yet the price is $10 more. WTH kind of business are they running. They're worse then scammers who steal money from clients. I have a police report and a small claims report for the harassment the owners mother did to me. Disgusting attitude. Please stay away. If you find your time precious and have a special event coming up like I did and expect your dry cleaning to be done professionally and on time please go take your business elsewhere. The owner never reached out when I kept asking the employees to reach out. They screwed me over 3 days before I had to fly out to Dubai for an event. Ridiculous! This was my first time at Tres Bon. I dropped off a wool coat and a parka here a few days ago. I went to pick it up yesterday and my wool cool was full of lint and had a random cleaning stain on it. The explanation was that it was a rush job. I asked them to please Remove the lint before I payed for it. Came back in 10 minutes and it was ready. I spent $84 for the two coats. Need to state that I came here because of the yelp reviews. We moved to little neck and have been looking for a quality cleaners for sometime. The initial feeling I got when I walked in was this was going to be a winner, it looked clean - there was a tailor on site. But there was no prices on the wall, and this is why. This place is so overpriced its not even funny. I brought in 3 dress shirts, 4 Polos, 2 suits and 3 dresses (12 items) and the price came out to 120 dollars. An average of 10 dollars an Item, are you joking me. An expensive place would be 60 dollars for this, let alone 120. After going home, and sorting through the items, I realized one of my shirts came back with a stain still on it. I went to them to request my money back, being that this was 10 dollars to clean. And I was told they cant help me call back when the owner is in. So my problem lies when you don't provide your employees the power to make small business decisions like this. If you don't think customer acquisition is worth 10 dollars to you, I provide you with a 1 star yelp rating and a see you later I will find another cleaners. My first time here- I brought in 2 suits for some pretty in depth alterations. The seamstress was a lovely woman who talked me through several options and ways to take in the suits. She talked about taking in only the waist versus taking in the waist in both sides and shaping the pants to fit. She also lengthened them. On the suit jacket, she lengthened the sleeves a bit but discouraged me from anymore. The suits were ready in a week and I was thrilled when I tried everything in. By no means was it cheap, but it was excellent, quality work and sometimes, you pay for it. I could not be happier and will definitely return for any future alterations. Just call ahead because there isn't someone available during all hours of operation (which are extensive). read more

I had used them for the first time last year and was impressed. They can be a little more expensive than other places, but to me it is well worth the money. I had a comforter that was so dirty and hadn't been washed in almost 10 years and they were able to clean it and sew up the hole no problem. I am petite so basically everything has to be tailored on me and I have found that some tailors have issues tailoring to my height. I have had experiences with 2 tailors and have been highly satisfied. I even had a High-Low skirt that needed shortening in the back and she had no problem understanding exactly what I needed and where I needed it to. I will never go back here. I dropped off a dress to get lined a full week ahead of when I needed it. They assured me it would be no problem. A week later when I go to pick it up, they tell me they didn't have the right fabric so they didn't do it. What type of professionalism is that? My family has been customers to this establishments for over 10 years. Few years back the management changed and the customer service did as well.Couple of times I picked up my "clean" clothes and they were never touched and even more wrinkled. The tailor was supposed to alter a pair of paints, she only did alteration to the LEFT leg and the right one was untouched. I find this very unprofessional. I let few incidents slide by without saying anything, after few more alterations and dry "cleaning" I was unhappy with the service and asked to speak with the manager in charge.Instead of fixing the problem He kept arguing saying it is my fault and that his staff did their "work', even though the wrinkled dirty clothe they wanted me to pick up were right in-front of him. The last time I went in to pick up my dry cleaning the manager had the audacity to tell me to F*** Off because I asked them to fix their repeated mistakes. My whole family has stopped going there due to lack of management, customer service and pride in their work. I hope this helps other . God bless read more
