Prices however do change. Roxy does a discount if you pay cash up front. Most of the time my clothes come back with the stains removed. Since I have used this place so much - once in a blue moon they may miss a spot. The turn around is a couple days or you could pay extra for rush delivery. Roxy is friendly and works with you. As for tailoring - they are okay. I wouldn't recommend brining any expensive jackets or clothes here for alterations. Make sure they cover the jacket buttons when you bring expensive clothes suits and jackets here!!! Overall: A good dry cleaning service. Nice turn around and friendly service. Bring clothes to be tailored to a professional.

Unfortunately, one of my dresses was altered incorrectly not once, but twice. The shoulders were fixed the wrong way the first time, and after it was "corrected," the hem was returned with loose threads, unraveling, and visible damage that was not there when I brought it in. The dress was falling apart where she hemmed it. I noticed the damage as soon as I got to my car, so I immediately walked back into the store. Instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, Nena insisted that the dress had been brought in that way and refused to take responsibility. The conversation quickly became hostile. She threatened to rip the dress if I didn't stop talking, and she made offensive comments about Greek people that I found completely unacceptable. What upset me the most wasn't just the damaged dress--it was the way I was treated as a customer. Mistakes can happen, but professionalism is shown by taking responsibility and trying to fix them. Instead, I was met with blame, hostility, and disrespect. I genuinely wanted to support this business. I expected quality workmanship and courteous customer service in return. Unfortunately, I received neither. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend NK Studios. Note: this dress is not suppose have a fringe. She ruined the dress.
