First the pizza box felt wet on the bottom, when I opened the box the pizzas we're beyond greasy, yes I know pizza is greasy but this was horrible, to the point where I pick up a slice of pizza and the grease drips off of it. I let it go. Opened the salad to notice one slice of tomato on top, usually diced tomatoes. Started eating the salad and under the toppings I find HAIR! Beyond Disgusted! I immediately call them, tell the woman the situation, she tells me they would reimburse the 7.00 for my salad but not the greasy pizza. She didn't even apologise for the hair. I even told her I would bring it back in and show her, it wasn't my hair color. She didn't care. I was hung up on. I called her back and she gave me attitude because I wanted a refund. So considering she didn't want to refund my whole amount and the fact that she was at least bit fazed about the situation, I told her I was calling the health department. Again I was hung up on. I have taken pictures of everything. I have ordered from them before and the pizza was never like this nor have I ever found hair but the fact that her attitude was almost like...All Well IDK stop calling me. That made me more upset. About 30 minutes after I was hung up on the second time, she called back and told me she would refund my entire order.
