Horrible Unprofessional Company!!! I was a Roy Bros customer for 20 years. Last spring I needed 3 more days of heat for my garage heat. I connected my grill propane tank to get through the last cold spell. Apparently, (as I was rudely told by the woman that answers the phone) they drove by and saw that I "tampered with their equipment" and removed my tanks. I didn't "tamper with anything! No explanation. No phone call that they were going to do it. No phone call that they came and took the tanks. NOTHING!! I also had a credit with the company. It took 3 phone calls and 3 months to finally get the check. They are either completely incompetent or enjoy being A-holes. Completely unprofessional. Rude and snotty on the phone. Never get another penny from me. Stay away from them like the plague!!!! read more

I recently purchased a home with propane heat. I called to have the tank filled and the gentleman that came was great. He came to the door and welcomed me to the area, informed me of how energy efficient my Rinnai heater is, and gave me some information on other ways to use propane in the house. He also talked about some local events. In my previous home I heated with wood and pellets, so I am a little concerned about the cost of propane rising as winter goes on. read more

I purchased a home in September that already had Osterman tanks, so I contacted the company about keeping the tanks, installing a new line to have a gas stove and getting a tune up of my system. They worked with my schedule and had my new stove up and running in no time. Dee has also been very helpful and responsive when I notice that my tanks are low prior to my automatic delivery. We have only been customers for about a year. We have had great service with this company. They deliver when they say they will. All efforts are made if you need fuel in an emergency and they have always come through. Emails and phone calls are returned within 48 hours. Yesterday my hot water heater failed very unexpectedly. I call Roy Brothers and spoke with Kim. Thanks to her and Roy Brothers technicians, my hot water heater was replaced the same day saving me a major inconvenience and avoiding possible water damage to my unit and the one next to me. Apparently "No Added Fees or Costs" is only used to rope you into becoming a customer....as soon as I cancelled Josh's(WRITTEN) promise went out the window....and they took over 2 months to pick up the tank.....Is this how you guys normally do business?
