Great service by wonderful staff! Heating has not been fixed by property manager for over 2 years. To treat our veterans to cold conditions while they receive healthcare should be criminal. Hopefully the owner enjoys warm vacations in colder months with all the money they are saving. read more

From my understanding, this VA has only been here about three years. I've been coming here the last two years. It still looks new and very clean with modern equipment. The staff is friendly and always make sure that they thank veterans for their service. Having a VA clinic in northern Utah is so convenient. I've been trying to see a doctor since late January of this year. The VA has given me the runaround. I tried for two weeks in January and couldn't get an appointment. I ended up paying out of pocket for ulnar neuropathy (which I have from flight deck injuries to my wrists) when it got to be too painful. The doctor I saw was of course civilian, and the solution he gave me decreased the pain by a small margin. Again, I tried getting in to see a doctor at VA, and again got the runaround. I followed the advice of the Salt Lake personnel to the 'T', four times. That was in early-late March 2023. I'm getting to the point where I may have to quit my job as as a maintenance technician, which I really don't want to do. I'm only 37 and I want to continue working for my income. Like many veterans, and and people in general, I don't want handouts, and I don't want to be a drain on the system. Incredibly disappointing. read more

Thought the service was great. It just took forever (~45 days) for an appointment. Received referrals to 3 other specialties at the main hospital in SLC but still haven't heard from them. read more
