    I came for a tire rotation to get my service done and I was suggested to get an oil change . This knock is not on the sales guy Joseph , but this is on their service team and management. I get home after my oil change and they forgot to put the cap back and and oil was everywhere and very high likely hood they messed up the engine. First they could not get me a car , I was waiting the whole day and they kept saying they would come , I had to take an Uber home from work, then on top of that when I get my car back there was no type of apology from the manager not once ! Not when he spoke with me on the phone and not when I picked up my vehicle , you would think after dropping the ball this bad you would get an apology but nah. On top of that at least do a complementary wash for the trouble but not even that . Wow their customer service is not existent, abysmal . Avoid this place at all costs !!

    If I could assign a rating of zero, I would do so. I communicated clearly and reached an agreement with Richard and his manager, Andrew. I explicitly provided the exact vehicle and VIN to prevent any mistakes and to save time for both parties. They assured me that I could finalize the deal if I visited in person. However, I drove two hours only to be informed that the vehicle was reserved and to be offered a different car. This situation resulted in an unnecessary effort on my part, and they have not taken responsibility for their actions. It is evident that they lack respect for people's time and engage in deceit to lure customers. Such conduct is highly unprofessional.

    If you want to pay more for a car then go into this dealership. They will not honor your online deal negotiation, even though it is documented and it's in writing. Anna was my online rep a lease deal on a 2026 Toyota sienna XSE which she said will arrive in three weeks. I got to the dealership today and the finance manager Paulo showed me new numbers for my lease. I said I already made numbers with Anna for $2000 down for 36 months at $750 a month with tax. Well, the market right now is really high and we have a $5000 markup on these cars now. And I asked him so you will not honor the deal from 2 1/2 weeks ago. That is the reason I also put down my $1000 reservation for the car. And now he is saying that because of market adjustment blah blah blah. And he said that is the reason also Anna is no longer here. I have no choice because I know the Siennas are high in demand and just have to pay the difference. I will end up with no car. If I knew this was gonna happen, I had the exact same deal at Manhattan Beach Toyota and Cerritos Toyota with the car in stock, but because Anna work with me, I chose to wait for 2 1/2 weeks . The only positive here is the salesman emad and finance manager jawad. They were respectful. I was gonna buy two more cars next month since my lease ends on my other cars but I think I will take my business somewhere else. Toyota should be ashamed that they will not honor the online deals just because of market differences and leaves the customer no choice.. instead of enjoying on our new car, it ended up being a disappointment because of the experience I received in this dealership.

    I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other people should know about my experience…read more I brought my 2015 Chevrolet Express van to this dealership for a cooling system and transmission service and spent over $1,000 on maintenance, expecting professional work and peace of mind. Before bringing my van in, I did not have a coolant leak. Immediately after the service, my van developed an orange coolant leak. When I brought it to their attention, instead of taking the time to thoroughly inspect what may have happened during the service or accepting any responsibility, I was told I needed a new radiator for an additional $1,600. After I declined the repair, the customer service changed completely. The service advisor no longer seemed interested in helping me, avoided speaking with me when I came to pick up my van, and made me feel like I was no longer a valued customer because I wasn't spending more money. As a result of this situation, I've now missed three days of work, and I'm left dealing with a vehicle that wasn't leaking before it was serviced. I'm not asking for anything unreasonable. I simply expected the dealership to stand behind their work, thoroughly investigate the issue, and treat me with respect. Instead, I left feeling dismissed and disappointed. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership's service department. I hope they improve both their workmanship and the way they treat customers when problems arise.

I had…read moreoriginally purchased a new 2019 Civic Si in Lunar silver from Frank Nolji back in July of 2019- a fast and professional buying experience, as a first-time buyer. Throughout the years me and Frank have kept close communication, and he always asked how I was doing and that if I ever needed anything, to please reach out to him. He would leave voicemails for me every so often. I would always acknowledge him and I would also stop by in the dealership if I was in the area to say hello. Frank is one of the nicest and most sincere gentleman there is- down to earth and honest In 2025, I had established the idea that I wanted to purchase a new car and had a plan of purchasing in July of 2026. Originally, I was going to go with another Civic Si, as that's what I've always had. However, my mindset soon changed. I have always wanted a Type R (Though the Si has been in my interest). I reached out to Frank a month ago and told him that I would likely go forward with a Type R. I told him that I'm aware of the price these cars normally go for. I had no problem with a payment plan that is much more substantial than an Si. I explained to him that Sonic Grey was my color choice was a non-negotiable factor. He explained to me that it would be possible and that he would look into other dealers that had one. I had also communicated with Marlon (the finance manager) and Jazmine (a sales associate with Frank) and they were as so kind-helping to answer any additional questions or concerns. One evening, I get a voicemail from Frank informing me that he was able to allocate a Sonic Grey Type R. The next day I went over the numbers with Marlon and I told him that it's what I was expecting to pay and I gave him the thumbs up. The next day I got a text from Marlon and Jazmine that the car arrived. I came right after work around 5:30 and met Frank who had the car all detailed and waiting outside the showroom entrance. The car looked absolutely amazing and I couldn't be happier. I told Frank I couldn't be more appreciative of what he was able to accomplish for me. I turned in my keys, provided proof of my title for the old car, and did all the paperwork with Marlon. I was done with everything by 6:45 PM. It was by far the easiest and most straight-forward purchase I have ever with a vehicle, including the first time with Frank. He ran me through my vehicle set up, showed me some tips and techniques with the Type R. The purchase experience ended with a video interview by Marlon for their social media. When we returned to complete the purchase, the finance department told us the car we had a contractual agreement on was "damaged" and couldn't be sold, but they had a replacement. After some deliberation, we agreed to purchase the replacement -- it was the same model, year, and color. The only difference was mileage: the original car had 3 miles, while the replacement had 69. Finance claimed it had "fallen off a truck." But when we picked up the keys, a different employee told us the original car had actually been accidentally sold to someone else, and they'd had to source a replacement from another dealer. Their stories didn't match up, and that lack of transparency is why I can't recommend this dealership
