I purchased my vehicle from Wii Auto Sales and, after recently going back through my paperwork, discovered that I was charged $995 for TheftPatrol Gold, an aftermarket theft-tracking product. My issue isn't simply that I no longer want TheftPatrol. I do not recall this $995 product being clearly explained to me as an optional add-on that I could decline. Had I understood that I was agreeing to pay an additional $995 for an optional TheftPatrol product, I would not have purchased it. Mike was my salesperson, and I do not recall Mike clearly explaining that TheftPatrol was an optional $995 purchase or asking me whether I wanted to add it to the vehicle. I contacted TheftPatrol seeking a refund and raised my concern about how the product was originally disclosed. I was told that TheftPatrol is considered a completed aftermarket product because the equipment had already been installed/applied, and therefore they would not refund it. What bothers me most is that I am now being pointed to paperwork I signed as justification for the charge, rather than my concern being addressed about whether this optional $995 product was clearly presented to me and knowingly selected during the sale. My advice to anyone purchasing a vehicle here is to carefully review every line of the contract before signing and specifically ask which aftermarket products are optional. Don't assume that every charge presented during financing is required as part of purchasing the vehicle. I am still attempting to resolve the matter and would be happy to update this review if Wii Auto Sales addresses my concerns and provides a satisfactory resolution. read more

This was our second time buying a car at Wii, and both times we enjoyed a low-pressure, friendly process, and drove off with well-maintained vehicles in excellent condition. In both cases, the cars were given final inspections while being detailed, and were delivered fully serviced. Our salesman, Rocky, took care of us both times, and made the experience much more enjoyable than the usual car-buying ordeal. While we didn't require financing, we decided to put one of the vehicles in my son's name and to take out a small loan in order to help build his credit. Rocky and his team did a great job at finding a loan for this kid with no credit, and it's already having a positive impact on his FICO rating. Buying a pre-owned car can be daunting, but Rocky and the rest of the folks at Wii Auto have an honest and forthright approach that inspires confidence, and you know they mean it when they say they will take care of you if any issues with the cars arise after you drive away. I did my best to *not* let Mike sell me my new car. Let me explain. After speaking with another dealer, I asked for them to check if they could smell any cigarette or other odors in an X3 I was looking at. I got a text from a random number shortly thereafter saying they couldn't smell any smoke -- but unfortunately I checked the CarFax in the meantime, and there were prior accidents. I politely passed. To my surprise, the salesperson kept pushing that the CarFax was clean. It turned into a back-and-forth until I eventually realized that this was a completely different dealer and salesperson, lol. I called immediately to apologize, and headed in to Wii the next day and drove home my new baby, which I couldn't be happier with. Bought a used Subaru with 68K miles-- should've lasted a while. Bought the warranty for an extra $1100. The car died less than 60 days from purchase (but more than 30 days from the dealer) and the engine likely needs to be replaced. I called Mike and he said that the car was working when it left their place sop there's nothing he could do. He said that his manager would call me to discuss which of course has never happened. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend WiiAutosports because of their poor customer service- they lied to me repeatedly as a company, obscured important information after a sale had closed, hung up on my calls, and failed to make things right when I pointed out how I had been treated as a customer. In January I attempted to buy a car with them and was not told until after signing that the car was not ready to go on that day and that it would need more time. It took me 21 days of calling them and visiting their site (they didn't even initially give me a loaner vehicle) for them to agree to cancel the contract and offer me a refund. Whatever the state the car was in, I was told it needed a recall part replaced though I can't say I take them at their word for this anymore, it should not have been listed before it was ready to sell. I told them that I felt duped as a customer and wanted some recompense and we came to a verbal agreement of 10% off the sticker price and a few days after this agreement the manager Phil Makertichian called me to give me a false assurance that the care would be ready out in a few days (16 days after purchasing the car). When I called the dealership on this day I was told it wasn't ready and the manager I had spoken with who gave me the assurance didn't even work that day. I demanded that a new price be re-negotiated and when the dealership got back to me it was to tell me that they will get lawyers involved if I continue to demand price renegotiations. It was at this point that I realized that I no longer wanted a vehicle from this company and followed through with a refund and a cancellation of my car purchase. If this sounds like an 21-day experience you want to have with your next car dealership, definitely come here. read more
