The vehicle I purchased from this car lot had frame damage, and it was not disclosed to me at the time of sale. They overpriced this vehicle. I paid over 13,000 for a 2018 Malibu that had a salvage title and frame damage. Before purchasing a vehicle, make sure you check the Carfax. Found this because we took it to the dealer to have it checked out and found out when they entered the vin# and I have a print out to prove it. Also put a large down payment only to have high payments that hard to make because the car had something always wrong with it. I have put over $8000 in car trying to keep it drivable. These guys are crooks. They buy cars online and make huge markups. They do not even bother to correctly service the vehicles. Batteries are reused, yes they pull out dead batteries, recharge, then send out customers with old batteries that fail within a short period. My daughter s friend bought a car and it died the following day. We could Not drive the car and asked for It to be fixed. They FINALLY sent out some guy in an old tape laden Prius that confirmed the car could not be driven. In fact he said it was unsafe to drive. He said it was ready for pick up two days Later. Nothing fixed just another 6 year old battery in its place. Parts broken that he said he would fix not repaired. When wee pointed it out he said he would fix later. The response to my review is not only a lie, it is insulting in many ways. See my list of a few. 1) I was 2 weeks behind on a $500.00 final payment of my $2000.00 down payment, not 30,60,or 90 days past due. 2) there were at least 7 major safety violation that were "overdue as promised" by the owner who said they would fix them the first week, but never had an appointment available for me to bring the car in. 3) the car WAS NEVER SAFETY INSPECTED AFTER THEY BOUGHT IT AT THE AUTO AUCTION, 3 days before they put it on their lot! 4) the safety issues were in part, BAD BRAKES, BURNED OUT RIGHT TAIL LIGHT, TURN SIGNAL INDICATORS NOT WORKING, INSIDE INTERIOR LIGHT NOT WORKING, ***RIGHT FRONT PASSENGER DOOR WOULD NOT OPEN FROM INSIDE", the door could only be opened by lowering the window and operating the door handle. ALL MAJOR SAFETY VIOLATIONS. 5) ALL OF THE "NOT WORKING , OR ITEMS NEEDING REPAIR WERE TO BE REPAIRED AT NO COST TO ME!!!! Per our agreement, they later said, I would be responsible to pay for them and they would cost $900.00 prepay in advance! 6) they refused to return my phone calls saying I would not pay the $500 final payment until the repairs were done at their cost. 7) they put a vehicle TRACKER ON THE CAR, ILLEGALLY. 8) THEY(dealer)SENT A GOON OUT TO FIND ME AT A STARBUCKS AND BLOCKED MY CAR IN, AND SAID, TOW TRUCK COMING IN 10 minutes, GIVE ME THE KEYS, AND YOU WILL AVOID $500, repossess fee, and pick up the car after paying the $500 owed. They then would not agree , that the car was sold , only 2 days after their fake repossession. I would sooner work with the devil than these scumbags ever again!!! read more

Had a terrible experience with this place ALL OF THEIR CARS ARE BROKEN!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They buy cheap broken cars from auctions, and they do the bare minimum just to get that CHECK ENGINE light off. I purchased a Nissan Altima from these people and boy where do I start?! Honestly, refer to the video it may explain in more detail. Long story short had to return the Altima swapped it out for a better car, which I was content with UNTIL.......check engine lights pops on after not even two weeks of driving the car (like I said bare minimum) so I took it back so they could replace the part which they said would that it would take about 3-4 hrs but were not willing to give me a loaner after all of the inconvenience having had issues with two of their cars already! So now I have to Uber to work because you guys aren't doing your job? After putting $3k down for a down payment then have the nerve to make it seem like I'm inconveniencing you! THESE PEOPLE ARE A SCAM! THEY WILL SMILE IN YOUR FACE AND GLADLY TAKE YOUR MONEY, ESPECIALLY ROBERT, DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED WITH HIM, somebody should revoke his salesman's license I don't have anything to say about him. They park many of their cars on the curb across the street from their Saticoy lot in front of Carls Jr. You will always see at least 10 cars that have plate holders that say winnetka auto mall. This is very shady and any dealer who does this should not be trusted. The repairs are dismal and temporary fixes at best. That's why so many reviews have posted about their new purchases suddenly breaking down on them on the road/freeway. Many of these cars are sourced from unsavory types. I see their cars (plate holder ID) in residential neighborhoods being worked on by uhhh...scary people. Gotta question legality of all this. Some shady stuff going on.
