They did what we asked, took care of the recalls, and updated the system software like I insisted several times. They also didn't sugar coat the work time like another dealer we visited before coming here, who told us to bring it in right away first thing in the morning and just let the car sat there for days without any work being done. This dealer actually scheduled us in a week down the line and started working right away after we dropped it off. Didn't sugar coat the time it needed to work on the car. Only thing i took a star off was because they said that they called us when the car was done, but neither my wife or myself got any calls and we checked all our call logs. They do charge $150/day for not picking up your car, good thing that we called in to check on the status of the car and found that it was already done. Customer service attitude was ok. Not Porsche/Mercedes white glove service, but just ok. At least they took the time to listen to what I was saying and looked at me while i was talking to them unlike the other dealership that just buried themselves and not even look at you. Overall, my bar for Stellantis is pretty low. Very low in fact. If it weren't for high gas prices that drove us to change our purchase decision from a Range Rover (Gas) to a Wagoneer S (electric SUV), and the fact that Jeep has the only mid size electric SUV on the market that our 70lbs husky can JUST fit into the back without losing her head; because for some reason most electric SUV these days are all obsessed with chopping off the roof for style and forget the utility part in their name. If it weren't for all these reason, we would have ended up with a Range Rover instead. It would be better if they could provide loaner vehicles for people who need to have a long list of recall warranty done, but it seems that all Stellantis dealerships all have a measly small pool of loaners available. Overall, I would come back here again just because they were straight about the time it needed to get the work done, scheduled us into a slot when they actually had the labor to work on it, and updated all the system software like I asked them to. The system updates that all Wagoneer S (EV) owners needed that should've really been categorized as Recall software updates to fix all sorts of critical issues. There are tons of horror stories online where owners take their car in asking for those software updates and were refused by their dealer because they were not technically recalls and were told not needed. I hope Stellantis can do better and make all these software updates mandatory as part of the recall to bring trust and confidence to their customers in their products. read more

Recall Service Led to More Problems and Refused Follow-Up Service. I brought my 2024 Jeep Wrangler 4XE in for a no-start condition and active recall work. The dealership completed the recall software update and determined the 12V battery had failed. I was surprised to be told the battery replacement would be my responsibility, as the vehicle is not even two years old and the no-start occurred alongside known electrical recall issues. After pickup, the infotainment screen was completely inoperable. There was no issue with it when I brought it in. And I was quoted an additional charge to replace it. I initially declined. Realizing that I could no longer control radio, GPS, climate, etc. I felt trapped. I later accepted a reduced repair quote for the infotainment issue, but after leaving an honest negative review about my experience, the dealership informed me in writing that they would no longer service my vehicle moving forward. Retaliating against customers for honest public feedback is deeply unethical and made an already frustrating situation much worse. I appreciate the recall work being completed, but I am still dealing with ongoing expensive concerns tied to the vehicle and the service experience. Make it right, Dependable. read more

The Service Department is the worst. Their service department specializes in "no service." I took my 2026 Dodge Ram to Dependable Dodge to address on an open recall on my windshield. Edgar took pictures and filed a claim. After 4 months of trying to get in touch with Edgar and being left on hold several times for at least a hour each time, I reached out to the Recall Case Management Company. They informed me the claim had been denied for incomplete documentation. They suggested I take my car to another dealership to refile the claim, since there is an open recall on the windshield and the car is still under warranty. I haven't heard from Edgar since February, 2026. I gave it one last try and attempted to contact Edgar this morning. The person answering the phone in Service, hestitated when I asked to speak to Edgar. He then told me Edgar was on another line, "he thought." I told him I would hold for Edgar. Sure enough, an hour later, on hold, and still no Edgar. If I hadn't seen the guy myself, I would not think he didn't exist. I will be following the Recall Case Management Company's suggestion and taking my truck to another dealership to begin the claims process again. The good news is the Case Management Company told me they would escalate my new claim, so hopefully, I'll get my windshield fixed. read more

I used to trust Dependable Chrysler Dodge Jeep's service department, but my recent experiences have been really disappointing. The service team itself does solid work, and I've always appreciated their effort but the overall experience has gone downhill. A big part of that is the service manager, Troy, who comes across as extremely lazy and unwilling to help customers. It feels like there's no effort to accommodate anyone beyond the bare minimum. On more than one occasion, I've called ahead and been told they could accommodate me, only to show up right when they open at 7am and be told they're "fully booked" with no flexibility at all. It doesn't make sense, and it feels like an excuse rather than an actual attempt to help. At that point, what's the point of having service hours if customers are basically required to make an appointment anyway? If that's the case, they should clearly state it's appointment-only instead of giving mixed messages. This place used to stand out for customer service that felt above and beyond. Unfortunately, that's no longer the case. It's frustrating because the technicians and staff seem capable, but poor, lazy management is holding the whole team back. I really hope they can turn things around, because this used to be my go-to spot. read more

Pretty upset with my experience here. Brought my 2012 Jeep in here because the transmission pan was rusted and dripping. That seems to have been fixed but as i drove off the lot my car was now very very loud and seemed to not drive well. So i drove back and asked them what was up, the guy went back and was like, "oh yeah, thats a muffler issue." And i was like "That wasn't there before, why didn't you tell me about that when you told me what was wrong?" The guy said, "oh well he's a transmission guy not a muffler guy." ... WTF so now i have a new problem that they caused and they took no responsibility for that. Now my car has a new check engine light on it. This is an older car to begin with and i may just have to get a new car. I would NEVER EVER bring any car back here again and, frankly, i may not get another Jeep just so i don't have to deal with these guys. My experience with Dependable Dodge has been so persistently frustrating and unprofessional that I feel obligated to warn others. I wanted to buy my car from Dependable Dodge. It's conveniently located near both my home and my workplace, and supporting a local business made sense - until I actually tried to give them my business. They didn't have the vehicle I was looking for and made no real effort to locate or acquire it. On top of that, they couldn't offer competitive pricing, nor did they seem particularly interested in trying. I ended up purchasing my car from a dealership much farther away--one that *delivered* the vehicle to me--because they showed initiative and treated me with respect. Unfortunately, the real problems began after I got the car. Because Dependable Dodge is the closest authorized dealership, I turned to them multiple times to resolve several issues with the vehicle. But visit after visit, their service department has proven dismissive, unhelpful, and, frankly, incompetent. Issue 1: Intermittent Red Wrench Warning The red wrench warning light appears and disappears at random. When I first brought it in, they plugged in a diagnostic tool and found "nothing serious." The next time, they wouldn't even bother checking it--because the alert wasn't active at that exact moment. Apparently, unless a warning light happens to be visible while you're parked in their service bay, they're unwilling to investigate further. That's not diagnostic work; that's avoidance. Issue 2: Speaker Rattling The speakers in the car rattle. I left the vehicle with them specifically to address this. They claimed it was "fixed," but the problem persisted. On my return visit, the service manager told me, verbatim, that they were going to "pass on it" because they had already tried once. "Pass on it"? What kind of service center gives up on unresolved problems and tells the customer they're done trying? Especially after only one try! Issue 3: Remote Key Malfunction The remote frequently fails to lock or unlock the car, sometimes entirely unresponsive. When I brought this up, they had zero interest in investigating or troubleshooting it. Again - dismissed without even the courtesy of a basic check. Issue 4: Tailgate Wiring Pinch There's a plastic grommet where wiring runs from the body of the car to the tailgate. On the right-hand side, this gets pinched between the tailgate and the frame every time it closes--something that doesn't happen on the left side. I brought this up too. The dealership's response? *"There's nothing we can do about it." No attempt to adjust, no consideration for long-term damage. Just flat-out refusal. Those are just the most prominent issues. There are more. What makes it worse is how I was treated when I escalated my concerns to Ed, the owner of the dealership. His attitude was shockingly rude. He coldly asked if I bought the car there - as if that somehow justified poor treatment. I explained that I had tried to buy the car from them but couldn't due to their lack of effort. Then, in an almost surreal moment, he said that he owns the same car and "there's another problem with it every day." Excuse me? That's what a dealer says to a paying customer--someone who spent real money on a vehicle and is now being given the runaround? He didn't even buy his car - I did! I'm a customer. I shouldn't be treated like an inconvenience simply because I didn't purchase through their sales department, especially when I tried to. Bottom line: Dependable Dodge has demonstrated a lack of professionalism, integrity, and basic customer service--both in their sales approach and in their service department. I gave them more than one chance to do right. They failed at every turn. If you're thinking about buying or servicing your car here, I strongly urge you to reconsider. Go somewhere that values your time, your money, and your trust. Because this place? It's anything but dependable. read more

4/4/25 I went to get a part *Cigarette lighter socket* was not working to charge my GT Challenger 2021phone passenger side, I went to the service Department in parts pick -up Dean suggested that I speak with Markos in service dept , Markos printed out a fuse box diagram to check my fuse before I buy a new Cigarette lighter socket, and its a lot cheaper to just replace a fuse ! So Dean in parts help me locate the bad fuse, and zazam it worked back to charging my phone, now that's customer Service. The people in the service department are amazing, especially Edgar who helped me out big time! I took my 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee in after the check engine light came on and some of the warning codes indicated it could be a transmission issue. I was dreading a lot of work and a high cost. Making the appointment online was easy, I ended up arriving very early and they saw me right away. Edgar took the car and walked me through everything they were going to do to diagnose it, and what the costs could be in various situations. I was prepared to leave my car all day and possibly into the next, but Edgar called me within a couple of hours to say that not only had they diagnosed the problem, but they also just went ahead and fixed it - including a software update - and it ended up being much smaller than I thought. When I went to pick up the car later in the day, Edgar explained everything to me, and then let me know the total cost was much lower than even the diagnosis cost they had originally quoted. Overall it was an incredibly easy experience with great communication and service. I will definitely be going back to them with my Jeep maintenance needs. read more
