Although location they were the furthest out of mine, El Cajon , I went for it for their dedication, rates and even they check on me again days after while I was waiting to make a final decision. When I showed up to the place I got a bit nervous cause their spot seemed like a flee market of a group of mechanics all together and their own expertise areas, but also kinda amazing you can find all of there at the same spot. But they were really nice, honest and direct with what they could do and quick too. The lady in charge of the appointment and admon was amazing., explained the procedures, the tinning and I felt secure and that I could trust these hard working-honest people. The main reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that several of my gloss black lug nuts were heavily marred during the installation and will likely need to be replaced. My wheels and tires had been installed just two days earlier, and I specifically paid extra for those lug nuts, so it was frustrating to see them damaged almost immediately. The suspension work appears to have been done well, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the wheels and hardware during the process. Other than that, the experience was positive and I'd consider using them again.

The check engine light was on so we couldn't smog it. Took it up our mechanic in Santee and they found a problem with the catalytic converter. They said one side was bad and recommended Hanson's to get it fixed. I called Hanson's and was able to get an appointment for the next day. While the car was there they found another problem that was an inexpensive fix. They were able to install the cat and make the other fix the same day. Overall I am very impressed with the work, service, and advice/direction I received from Hanson's.
