The worst car wash I've ever been to! I paid for a full service and they didn't even vacuum the car, not to mention everything else. They didn't do anything that I could see was different or well done. One star because the customer service was good, but the service itself was terrible. I hope this serves as advice for the owner to start demanding improvements in their own business. read more

My son just came back from Royal Carwash after getting the Platinum Plus Full Wash. They should be embarrassed for calling the car washed. It's literally still dirty in spots and the tire finish is missing on two tires. Just lazy. read more

I got the Bronze wash for my car but they wont wash the hub caps for that price of 20.00 with tax. Other car washes do. I feel that is enough to pay. So you leave there with a clean car but dirty wheels. Also workers were on their phones the entire time so were distracted from working. They don't dry the car thoroughly after washing. Leaving here with a wet car with dirty wheels. They don't seem to take pride in their business or care. Not sure how they stay in business? read more

There are times in 90+degree weather with a line around the corner they move a little slower a little less thorough... they're human doing a brutal job. But their work is consistently good considering I'm getting a car wash, not a full detail. They always vacuum, pre wash, dry, windows, dust, and It always smells yummy when they're done. Also if they're not too busy you can ask and they'll comp you a wheel shine. As a regular customer they've come to know me and I'm always greeted with smiles and waves. Can't imagine getting much more from a drive through car wash experience. If you want a professional full personalized detail you're looking at 275-375 min, 2-4 hours, I'm in the industry, lmk and I can recommend great people for that. read more

Horrifically, painfully and impossibly slow and inefficient. I've had my car washed here a few times but the last two times I tried, the line was so slow that I drove off. I came here today at 2:15 on a Thursday, with a healthy sense of patience, but after waiting 20 minutes with no movement, I backed and out left. Their system is so inefficient (vacuuming and cleaning each car interior, one by one including mats, before it even goes through the washbay), is painful. If there are 4 cars in line, it could be a 45min-1hour process. Never again. read more

I'm only giving this car wash a poor rating due to it closing early OR not open on a clear, sun shining day. If, you changed the hours of operation, maybe update the website. I pay for the monthly service and it does get aggravating when I get out of work and pass by at 315pm and the door is closed. New owner must've lost a lot of business and I know he lost decent employees. The employees that do remain however, are excellent and always friendly. They always take great care of my car when the business is actually open. I chose this location, due to the fact it's convenient for me to hit in my way home after work and they do a MUCH better job compared to the touchless across from home depot. If the business closes or is closed due to lack of employees, MAYBE, the owner should take a look at himself and see he may be the problem of, in my opinion, a failing business location. I'll give him a month to see if he shapes up, if not, you lost a customer and I'm sure there will be more to follow. Good luck! read more

I would not recommend coming here. The place smells like septic and once you get into your car, your car smells like septic too. They had to put my car on full circulation to try to mask the smell. Dried it for only a minute not even. Very disappointed will not be coming back. read more

The equipment at this place is subpar. The hoses barely allowed me to circle my truck, in fact the hoses slapped against the body a lot of the time bc they were too short. Sign loudly proclaims "Free Vacuums" but my college-educated self could not get one to start until I deposited four quarters. And then found the vacuum sucked - and not in a good way. Barely picked up crumbs, completely ineffective on pet hair. Two stars for having running water I suppose. read more

I've been using this place for a while and it just changed ownership and it's improved a lot. The owner is working alongside everyone else and keeping close track of what's going on. I've used them twice since the change in ownership and I'll be going back. Not perfect but the best car wash in my area by far. read more

I wish I could give more than one star, I really do. My car looked no different than how it usually looks after a heavy rain. I really don't understand what did they do to clean the interior, it was not vacuumed or was wiped at all. it was exactly the same as before it was washed, the tires as well didn't look any different. I'm really not trying to harm the business with a bad review and I hope they get this review as a constructive feedback and change things a bit. it will be nice to have a good or okay carwash around here. read more

I have been disappointed with Royal before but opted not to review because perhaps it was a 'bad day'. But once again I am disappointed and think management should be aware that your staff is driving business away. I had a scheduled appt for a thorough detailing that would require 3-4 hours. I dropped the car off only to get a call back an hour or so later that "they were too busy to accommodate my scheduled appt and could I come back the following day". I agreed and went to retrieve my car. Then again received a call that they "could not accommodate" me the next day either. It seems to me that this facility doesn't do more than the rapid wash on Danbury Road since they can't accommodate anything more. There were 2 employees working very hard with what seemed like walk-in clients because when I viewed the schedule book, I was the ONLY appt scheduled for the entire day and they opted to disregard that. I guess my suggestion might have been, if a thorough detailing job was not possible, at least a wash and a vacuum could have been offered. read more

Went through today. The truck was cleaned well and they even vacuumed the pet mat on the back seat. That being said, the gentleman who took my payment was abrupt and too busy holding a conversation with another customer to offer even a perfunctory thank you. This may sound trivial but as a former business owner who dealt with customers consistently, this is not a good practice. Wish I listened to some of you. I got the gold package because I wanted inside and outside done. The guy at the register was great very friendly. The reason for the 2 stars is because the outside looked ok a little smudge on the window but oh well. The inside was terrible still crumbs on the seats and the center console was never touched. Stick with exterior wash only. Did not clean center console at all. And forget looking under the seats - whole area was untouched. No cashier and I had to track down someone to pay my bill. Should have just left as whole experience was subpar. read more

I spent $105 for a car detailing and was NOT impressed. When I paid I accidentally used the wrong card I immediately realized the mistake and the cashier called the manager, he claimed to fix it and in my rush I didn't get the receipt low and behold both my of my cards were charged and when I went back the guy gave ME the attitude.... Totally left me with a bad opinion of the place. I wont be going back for any services as I feel they are untrustworthy and there services are not worth the money! read more
