They are not the least expensive, but my previous experience with another cleaner/tailor in Hinsdale was so disappointing (ruined my garments by shortening them too much and didn't leave enough fabric for a correction) that I was delirious to have simple hemming done correctly and neatly. They've also been pretty nice to me...but again, the bar is set pretty low for me.

I wanted a new zipper in an old hoodie. The owner put a nicer one in than it originally had and it matched! Great job! My other item - jacket, had stains throughout it. All from going through the airport. I appreciated the time it must have took to get those stains out! My jacket was beautiful when I picked it up. The presser did a great job for the finishing touch. What an unprofessional nightmare…read more Needed two nightgowns hemmed. Both were returned with crooked stitching and one in the wrong color from the original (black versus red) with an hole. In order to re-do the repair, the seamstress demanded that I purchase the thread. The spool was insufficient and the work remains incomplete. When contacted by phone the seamstress abruptly says she does not have time to purchase additional thread and disconnects the call. Full cash payment is required before work is performed.
