I expected they could be discounted by now and expected to be credited only for the discount price so I was prepared to pay any differences in price. The salesperson in the Portabella Paramus store told me that I cannot exchange without a receipt. Mind you that these sweaters had all the appropriate Portabella tags. I advised her that these are gifts so I am not able to get the receipts, that I only want to exchange for a different size or item and was prepared to pay the difference in rice. The salesperson said there was nothing that she can do for me! After about 5 minutes of back-forth I realize I'm not going to get anywhere with this so I left the store. I do my research and find other inconsistencies like the material of the inside pocket label (supposed to be cloth-not paper), the absence of a watermark on the inside label, the pant pocket should also have a matching label -- there was none.
