First thing to note. We are and have been full-timers for 25+ years. We recently decided to switch from 5th wheels to a Super C. After looking at several at various dealerships and being very disappointed in the units and or the dealerships. We were ready to give up and stay with our 5th wheels. My wife and I were looking to downsize to a smaller Class A. One of the models we were interested in was available at Royal Coach sales, and we made an appt to see it. Dan knew we were previous Class A owners, and he just turned us loose to look it over and go over our checklist for as long as we needed. His entire approach was very low pressure and designed to allow us to make decisions as we saw fit, without pushing us any direction. I really appreciate that he fulfilled all the promises he made to us. Also, their PDI inspection was very thorough and Cooper went over every detail of the unit and how everything worked. There was one issue after the sale that involved another vendor, and Dan made sure that it was handled well. After reading reviews of other dealers, we were skittish about doing business with a dealership, but I would go back to Dan and Chris if we needed to make a change again.
