The tea was advertised to make 25-30 cups, but I only got about 7 cups using the recommended teaspoon serving. Even with resteeping, it still wouldn't have come close to 25-30 cups. The flavor was also lacking this time. When I used a teaspoon per cup, the tea tasted very weak, as if the ingredients were old or stale. There was none of the strong potency I've come to expect from previous orders. Even when I doubled the amount to two teaspoons, the flavor was still minimal. I tried resteeping the leaves as recommended, but the second cup was even weaker, tasting like plain water. This batch didn't meet the quality I've grown to expect from DiviniTea. When I reached out to customer service, they refunded the $20, which I appreciated, but they kept the $4.95 shipping charge. While the refund helped, I couldn't shake the feeling that I was shortchanged and might not have realized it if I hadn't reached out. I've loved DiviniTea in the past, and I truly hope this was an isolated issue so I can feel confident ordering again.
