A friend was having a birthday party, so we got to split and taste some of various mini bundt cakes. These are the flavors we tried: White chocolate raspberry Strawberries and cream Lemon raspberry Almond wedding bliss Red velvet All of them were really sweet. I honestly couldn't really pick out the white chocolate flavor that much apart from just general sugary taste, and I would say almond wedding bliss was my faovrite because somehow the almond flavor made it feel more like a muffin (I am not that partial to traditional cake flavor/texture) and it had fun sprinkles in it. I thought the lemon raspberry was decent too, if you like your lemon sweet - it wasn't sour. Bought a cake back to the store in which I was not satisfied. I always get extra icing. The cake was extremely cold and when I lifted the lid the icing stuck to the top. Instead of showing good customer service her and the other sales person attacked my concerns. I asked to change the flavor. She brings it back and hands it to me and says here. I asked her to put it in the bag. I shared with her it is not good practice to go back and forth with a customer. This location seemed to take COVID precautions seriously, only allowing four customers in the shop at a time. Everyone was wearing masks. I always get a few Bundtlets (personal sized cakes... smaller than a full cake, but bigger than the Bundtinis which are more like cupcakes) to share so we can try out different flavors. This time I got Pecan Praline (it tasted ok but had a bit of an artificial taste), Chocolate Chocolate Chip (the kids' favorite!), and White Chocolate Raspberry (amazing). There are also seasonal flavors that aren't on the online menu... when I went in store for example on New Year's Eve, they had a Peppermint Chocolate cake--I almost caved! Next year... :) The cakes are always soooo moist and soft and fluffy. The texture is definitely different from other store-bought cakes, and the cute frosting decoration and add-ons are a nice touch. They offer Bundtlet towers which would make a beautiful display, for an additional fee. You can also opt out of frosting but it will make the cake look a little plain. If you're not consuming your cakes the day of, you should refrigerate them for freshness. Tip: When you get home, add whatever fillings you want in the little hole in the center!
